Celebrating 50 Seasons of Seattle Mariners Baseball
[Applause] [Music] Welcome to the initial voyage of the Seattle Mariners. 46 1977. The first pitch in history as a fight. One blown foul ball. Blows on it like a curler. One double, two runs. Oh my. 258. He’s a new alltime hip king. Number two 58 0 0. Perfect game by a Seattle manor and we’re done by the king. Two iconic ballparks. 116. 116 wins. Ninth inning, 32. Two outs, one swing. Swinging a drive deep to right field. Holy smokes, he did it. 24. Fly away. 11. Goodbye baseball. 34. 51. Incredible. 51. Randy looks to the skies. 44. 29. History march is on. 60 15 15 innings and the Mariners are going to play for the American League Championship. One team, 50 seasons. Incredible catch by the kids. And we’re just getting started. And the crowd roll. They are going crazy. The Mariners win the battle in Seattle. Has three. How sweet it is. Ball game. The Mariners win. [Music] It just continues. My oh my. [Music]
Unforgettable moments. Storied icons. Lifelong memories.

Saddest franchise in baseball GET SOME REAL BATS
I remember going to the very first game Seattle played the California angels back in April 1977. The only highlight of this video clip that was not shown was Gaylord perry winning his 300th game of which I was there too. Hopefully next season will be our year to shine.🔱🔱🔱🔱tridents up🔱🔱🔱🔱🔱
