This is the cheapest I’ve ever seen tickets to a home game…

Jesus, if it stay like this I might catch my first game ever.
Fan apathy kicking in.
I think a return to 2015 ticket prices will be the only thing that will lead to a proper rebuild
Now that I am older, I don’t enjoy upper bowls at all. I think most upper bowls tickets except for the first 8 rows should be max $40
That’s cheaper per/game than what we were paying for seasons in the greens back in the aughts.
The ones front row of 310 look good at $135ish. That’s a good spot. I’d go tonight but I have the flu. Don’t care what anyone says it’s still a fun Tuesday night out!
Because they’re dog shit, and after 9 years of there always being some kind of bullshit with the way they end their season. Plus the jays run. I’d say interest in the leafs is at an all time low.
I watch, but I don’t care anymore. And if it doesn’t get more entertaining soon. I’ll just wait for pitchers and catchers to report.
At this point I’m not paying anything to go, no matter how little it may be.
I’ll keep my disposable income for concerts, I know I’ll have a great time.
A Leafs game is at this point is much more likely to go the way of them not even showing up to play. Wouldn’t be so bad if you could bank on them putting a full 60 minutes of effort in but you can’t…
Can’t believe people aren’t lining up for troy stetchers debut…
Big part of why Treliving had to talk today – the secondary market has been astonishing to watch this year; it’s collapsed unlike anything I remember seeing.
Have to think that this level of fan apathy has had an impact on their secondary sources of revenue, which is why Pelley will have shoved Brad in front of a microphone today to try and reengage and reconnect with the market.
Platinum might be 100 a seat soon
My kid has been bugging me to go. Maybe we will now
I got 3rd row lower bowl tickets for ~$200 each against Utah, we were near the corner so there wasn’t even anyone in front of us, just a gap between me and the glass.
They suck and are unlikeable. Bad combo.
Fans are just matching the apathy they see on the ice.
The team is horrible and people can’t stand sitting through a live game right now. Maybe this will force some management, coaching and player changes.
Leafs fans seems really checked out this year. They’re not even angry, they just don’t care. Which should be concerning for the organization.
The terrible start to the season, which follows the high of that Jays run and reminder of what it’s like to cheer for a team you actually believe in, it just feels dumb to invest any mental energy in these Leafs. More than any time in the Matthews/Shanaplan era, people seem simply apathetic about the Leafs.

Silver lining I guess 🤷♂️
The games during the Jays were even cheaper… just wait until 1 hour before game time. I saw a pair in section 120 for $75
Here me out ppl should stop going to leaf games till they are good again?!?
This is the first year since 2010(!!!) for me where I have yet to watch a single game by November… most years I’m watching 90%+ of regular season games.
My apathy kicked in the second we lost that game 7. And I can honestly say that I’m fine not watching until the playoffs… If we make it.
So yeah, while sub-$100 tickets look very attractive without context, I’m no longer interested in spending even that much on the Leafs.
I hope this is indicative of fans just not going. It’s a bad product. It’s mediocre hockey when they win and it’s bad boring hockey when they lose.
They’re are such a soft and boring team to watch. Watch any other team right now and you’ll see a wild contrast. The guys on this team look absolutely neutered.
Be sure to bring some oxygen
Catch 22, I can afford tickets but the team is so bad I wouldn’t bother going.
I have season tickets. I go to as many games as I can, but the price of them these days, that’s not very many. I sell the rest, or at least I used to. MLSE has priced them so high, and now that the team is struggling, the tickets are not selling. I am discounting them large and they’re still not selling. They’ve been in my family for 50 years. It’s nostalgic to have them. I wanted to one day pass them down to my son. Next year I’m giving them up. I’m losing too much money. It’s just not worth it anymore.
With those tickets also goes a lot of my passion. Congrats MLSE, you’ve priced out a fan of 40+ years. You better hope the next generation is as big of a fan as I once was, if not, you’re in trouble.
Yeah still not going

This team is trash. Or put more eloquently, its the remains of a once potential juggernaut that failed. Its got bandaids all over it, bad trades, loss of stock in cupboards, and uninspired, selfish stars who dont have neither team first mentality, nor killer instinct. At the very least, even the pride doesnt bleed through. Maybe we were spoiled by the jays run, but thats what it means to be a team, and these guys dont have it. The dust hasn’t settled yet on whats ailing matthews, he might be cooked at least the generational talent version. Its just a matter of how long management will stick to the plans, trying to save the ship, instead of docking safely, admitting defeat, and rebuilding around the young guys with potential we do have, despite how thin.
Ticket sales are plummeting. Nobody wants to watch them lose anymore
I turned down 4 free tickets in the 100s the other day. This team is not worth the hassle of getting in and back out of the city, paying $40 for parking or transit and paying $15 for a beer.
Because it’s Pride Night
me wishing on a monkey paw i could afford tickets
Silver lining I suppose
Thanks u/el-sav I saw this post, checked it out and got tickets.
Finally able to afford some seats!!!
LFG!!!!
Now…can we get them to drop the concession prices too?
I went to the game tonight (vs Blues)… I bought two beers and two prime rib sandwiches… $95… so there’s that… it was at one of the self-serve kiosk areas where u grab ur own food and check yourself out… on the check-out screen it has the tip prompt… insane…
