The Eagles could be close to making a MUCH NEEDED change… Hurts shuts down “frustration” talks
Well, the Eagles are still waiting on an update with Lane Johnson, but they’ve already begun to make some roster moves. Plus, there’s one workout they held to potentially bring back a former player. And honestly, the more you think about it, I’m all for it. However, what I’m not for is all this drama involving Jaylen Herz and frustration with the offense. In this video, I’ll add in a little more perspective, go over the latest injury updates in Philly, and look into some fairly obvious changes Kevin Patulo needs to make. So, let’s talk about it. But first, let’s run it. What’s up, guys? Let’s start with some positivity because I’ve seen way too much negativity out there recently. Congrats to Jordan Davis for winning the NFC defensive player of the week. Yeah, meaning JD has now won NFC special teams player of the week and defensive player of the week, which turns out to be the first time in seven years that a defensive tackle has won NFC defensive player of the week. and also turns out to be the first player in Eagles history to win both of those awards in a season. Not going to lie, out of all the players to choose before the season, especially when you said, “Hey, you know who’s going to win NFC defensive player of the week and special teams player of the week this season,” JD would not have been anywhere close to the top guys for me. Although, I tell you what I really didn’t expect, and that was to see Kevin Patulo’s name on NFL insider Tom Pelisero’s list of most likely head coach candidates for next season. Are you serious? Yeah, I thought that one was made up at first, but it turns out there are 23 other names out there, so it’s not like, you know, in a list of five names, but still Kevin Patulo as a head coach candidate. By all means, please take him. Anyway, moving to other news, we still don’t have any more information about Lane Johnson’s foot injury other than we’re still waiting for the swelling to go down so he can get an X-ray, which will then determine whether he’s out until the playoffs or if he’s out for the rest of the season and needing surgery. Personally, I’m praying and believing that Lane comes back for the postseason. However, while we await the news there, Howie Roseman has gotten busy with some roster shuffling with the Eagles announcing they’ve opened the practice window for rookie tackle Miles Hinton. Don’t worry, in case you’re a little fuzzy there on Hinton since it’s been a while, he was the bird’s sixth round pick this past year, who Howie stated he had hoped he’d draft as an eventual starter. That just might be a little soon, don’t you think? Yeah, too soon to start, but that’s fortunately what Fred Johnson is here for. Although when it comes to the swing tackle, with Fred Johnson now becoming the starter, this could end up paying dividends in the long run to get hit in some reps. Because the general consensus from several scouts back during the draft was that he shows a lot of patience, has really good size for the position at 67 330 lbs with a 78 in wingspan that’s also around the 72nd percentile. And more than that, Hinton’s got an explosive first step, tons of agility, moves well in space, and is stronger than you might expect. Heck, turn on the tape and the Inquirers Devin Jackson described him as a big bruising player that wants to get his hands on defensive linemen quickly because once that happened in college, it was over. Hear me out, though. I’m not saying we’re better without Lane Johnson, obviously, and I’m also not saying, like I mentioned before, that he’s starting over Fred Johnson. However, we’ve seen injuries happen in the past, and if that were to happen, who would you want? Matt Prior, who struggled way too much when he had to come in against the Rams at tackle or give Hinton a chance to see if he can do better? I guess ultimately the hope is we never have to see too much of them either. But it is worth noting, Anthony Deona’s observation, that Hinton strictly played left tackle during the preseason. For those counting, it was 137 snaps to zero elsewhere. So, at least something to monitor. But come on, the blocking’s been absolutely horrid. So, why not change it up? I mean, it can’t get much worse. Change it up. See if you get a little bit of a spark. Maybe Miles Hinton is your sixth offensive lineman. Perhaps Willie Lanin. We’ve thrown that one out there. So, keep an eye as far as the injury report active status. I will keep you guys posted. Nothing officially as of yet, but they will have some shakeup just like Philly recently brought in wide receiver Zack Pascal in for a workout on Tuesday. So, how does it help us? I’ll tell you how. Because getting a blocking wide receiver like Pascal who’s not afraid to do the dirty work would get the Eagles out of 12 personnel and back into more 11 personnel. Of course, if you’re not following, then check this out. The birds use their lowest rate of 11 personnel in the Syrian era Sunday versus Detroit. Reminder, 11 personnel is one running back and one tight end, hence the 11 part. Anyway, based on the math there, that puts three receivers on the field. However, for some reason, as you can see based on this chart, the Eagles are continuing to run fewer and fewer 11 personnel groupings. Granted, the worst part to all of it is seeing how many times the offense dials up 12 personnel and two tight ends to get Grant Calcetera on the field. Something that for some reason has defended in the past, continues to defend. And you got to wonder if that’s a Kevin Patulo decision or his head coach is trying to get me fired. Regardless of whose decision it is, putting can’t block a Terra out there on the field is always a mistake. Now, you do have to wonder how much Johnny Wilson getting injured before the season started affected things. I mean, sure, Johnny was never heavily involved with targets, but the 66 235-lb receiver was a dang good blocker and without a doubt presented challenges in the run game. Yet, as we’ve seen for 11 weeks, Philly can’t get any kind of momentum. Again, not that adding a guy like Zack Pascal automatically fixes the run game, but like I said earlier, changing it up and adding some physicality from a lighter, more spread out formation would almost certainly help. What do you guys think, though? Kind of two-part question here. Was the loss of Johnny Wilson underrated, underplayed? And also, would you look into or would you be interested in the Eagles bringing Zack Pascal back? Let me know your thoughts in the comments. And while you’re doing that, check out the eerily similar roles that Johnny Wilson and Zack Pascal played for Philly’s offense during both of the Super Bowl seasons. You see it almost the exact same amount of snaps and certainly some favoritism for them being on the field during a running play. Just saying they might as well. And I understand the thought of, yeah, but is Pascal a good route runner? But that’s a whole other issue. They might as well. I mean, I understand the thought of like, okay, yeah, but is Zach Pascal a good route runner? Is he going to help the passing game? They’re not using a whole lot anyway. You bring him in here, a little more physicality, help with the running game on that side. I’ll continue to say it, but it’s like you can’t hurt it more than that. But also, let me just pause here because I’ve gotten all these other takes or seen them, seen them on social media as far as the Eagles, the frustration, the offense, who’s to blame. And honestly, the outlandish takes are getting pretty wild. For example, remember how AJ Brown currently ranks 135th in separation rate in the NFL. Yeah, not good. And not trying to make excuses, but speaking from a film standpoint, and more importantly, having seen him in person, he’s not giving anywhere close to 100% on every play. By the way, I’m going to get to other areas that are lacking, so don’t feel like this is a specific vendetta against AJ. But the truth is, there is something terribly wrong. That part is accurate, although seeing the takes from other NFL analysts and film accounts suggesting AJ’s frustration is stemming from him knowing he’s lost a step and can’t come to grips with it wasn’t something I expected to see. With Ross Tucker saying he’ll admit it, AJ does not look like the same player he used to be, and he doesn’t get separation or really doesn’t even get open. Again, 135th speaks for itself, but at the same time, there’s so many different parts to blame. AJ’s not given complete effort. That’s on him completely, but we talked about this in the past, I think, on a live stream as well. He got his knee drained just about every single week, the second half of the season last year. That probably plays a little bit of a factor. All that being said, AJ Brown could be so much better if Kevin Matulla would give him a little bit more help. Heck, we all see it. But they’re nowhere close to maximizing the output, which is honestly one of the biggest reasons I switched to Transparent Labs, the sponsor of today’s video. Because over the last few years, I’ve really started to focus on taking better care of myself and consistently working out. However, when I first started doing that, it didn’t take long before I plateaued and stopped getting the gains I was early on. But after some quick research, I realized I wasn’t getting anywhere close to the amount of protein I need. which is why I was excited to team up with Transparent Labs because their grass-fed whey protein isolate makes it easy for me to hit my protein goals in a clean and healthy way. Now, for me, the most important part is that it contains no artificial sweeteners, dyes, or fillers. Plus, each serving consists of 28 g of protein sourced exclusively from grass-fed cows. Also, one thing that I found through my research is that using pure isolate actually allows your body to digest and absorb protein easier. Of course, for those wondering, yes, the protein tastes great. It isn’t chalky, and I haven’t had any digestive issues. And the best part is this protein comes in 14 delicious natural flavors, so you can easily switch it up when you feel like having something different. So, if you’d like to try Transparent Labs grass-fed protein for yourself, then head down to the link in the description box. And for a limited time, Transparent Labs is giving you a free protein starter kit and 10% off your purchase. And in case you’re wondering, the kit includes a shaker bottle and a variety pack of five single serving protein pouches in their top flavors, so you can find your favorite. Again, just click the link or scan the QR code to get the offer while it lasts. based on AJ Brown’s alignment, I can tell you exact exactly where Rowdy’s running. That’s not good. That That’s not good because if I know it and I’m not watching film, I’m just watching the games each and every Sunday. What do you think those that are that are playing across from him are doing? He had 11 I think he had maybe 11 targets or something like that. But it’s the same stuff over and over and over. If he lines up two yards outside the number, if he’s by himself, he’s running the hitch. If he if he’s if he’s at the top or or the slant. If it’s if it’s two by two and speed is on the side with him or the Titans on the side with him, he’s off the ball, he’s running the slant. It’s it’s like the same thing. If he if he’s inside, he’s running the quick out. I mean, it’s it’s just or the stick, right? It’s just the same there. There’s really no creativity. That right there is why I’ll continue to say it’s not on one person for why things have gotten so bad. That speaks to Kevin Patulo’s scheming obviously, but AJ not giving effort, the offensive line, penalties, everything else. But it’s not on one guy. Although this next part, Kevin Patulo is guilty as charge because you may not have realized that the Eagles are running hitch routes at a historically high rate this season. Credit to Eagles Eric here. But get this, despite being 30th in the NFL in total routes run. If you’re wondering why that’s low, it is low. It’s just since they run a lot and keep players into block, they don’t have as many routes out there to keep track of. But with that being the case, KP’s unit still has the second most hitch route in the league. By the way, before I get further into that, hitch routes typically serve two purposes. One, hit the receiver on the break against the zone or two, use it as an influence route to move a zone defender. Yeah, if your immediate thought is, okay, well, don’t a lot of teams run zone against the Eagles, so wouldn’t that make sense that they are calling a lot of hitch routes? You’re not totally inaccurate there. Although, you and I have watched the offense with our own two eyes and it ain’t working. Which is because Philly’s offense spams them way too often and almost never is on good timing with play call and progression. Why does everything have to be so difficult? It’s infuriating. I’ve run out of adjectives to describe it. Now, the silver lining is that at least the Eagles have all this data. Like seeing that they have three wide receivers in the top 16 in terms of hitch routes per game, ranking them for the most hitch routes. FY, no other team has two players in the top 16 and the Eagles have three. So, yeah, it’s not really surprising to then find out that Philly ranks number 30 in the NFL in yards after the catch at 4.3. For those curious, that is the lowest average in yards after catch by a significant margin in the Nick Cirrion era. And is part of the reason Johnny Paige refers to this offense as repetitive, stale, and a joyless one, saying, “Look, if you’re facing a team that plays as much man coverage as Detroit does, you can’t live off of isolated curl routes and short hitches.” Yeah, for some reason, that is exactly what the Eagles offense did against the Lions. The result is about what you would expect, tight coverage and contested throws with the Eagles not scheming anyone open. However, listen to KP and he’d tell you the birds are close to finding something. We’re on track. You know, we do a pretty good job and if we get off track a little bit, uh whether it’s a, you know, a negative play or a penalty, that puts us kind of in a hole. We’ve had some trouble with that. So, you know, it starts with us as a staff to make sure we’re in a good play and we’re executing at a high level and we’re all detailed up and then if something happens like a penalty, you know, sometimes those happen. We got to be able to overcome that. So, that’s kind of been the thing a little bit cuz we’ve had opportunities, we just haven’t, you know, made the most of them at times. We know we’re capable of, you know, the guys are excited about it and then, you know, they feel like we’re moving in the right direction. We just got to continue to push through that and, you know, explode when we need to. Look, as bad as it’s been and almost worse coming out of the buy, I’ve still got some hope. But before I share that, we got to dispel all the it’s Jaylen Herd’s fault and he’s the biggest concern with this offense takes. Like, fine, Jaylen’s not been perfect either, but the takes and perspectives have run wild. Same with Patrick Mahomes, the same with a lot of these overrated quarterbacks. They get you 45 draft points or or FanDuel points or whatever it is and then you anoint them as the greatest quarterback in football. When I watch the film, I say, “Holy, he threw 18 bubble screens and a slip screen and he threw for 280 because he had a Tyreek Hill type of guy out there and he threw the ball six yards and it went 80 and then we think he’s the greatest thing since sliced bread.” But I actually watched the film wide and tight and I’m like, “Holy, this guy’s bad. He won’t throw the ball in the teeth of the coverage. He has no anticipatory window throws and he’s inaccurate as hell. Jayen Herz threw a fade ball that AJ Brown beat the guy on by three yards. And not only did he miss him, he missed him out of bounds in the end zone. The last guy I knew that was like that where they won a Super Bowl was the Baltimore Ravens and Trent Dilford. Did he just call the two players that are responsible for the last three Super Bowls bad? Like what world are we living in? I mean, how about we keep it real and talk about a quarterback who was actually bad in LA Chargers Justin Herbert? In case you didn’t watch or hadn’t heard, of course, I don’t know that you would have heard because it’s almost like everyone fails to mention it, but Herbert had 81 passing yards on Sunday and nobody talked about it. That’s right, 10 for 18 for 81 passing yards in a blowout loss to Jacksonville. Yet, the narrative is to overblow Jaylen Herd’s struggles. Surely there ought to be a double standard for this sort of predicament. Could you imagine what the media would do if Jaylen Herz threw for 81 passing yards and and better yet if he threw for 81 passing yards and lost a game by 29 points? Let’s remember QB1 had three touchdowns and a perfect quarterback rating versus the Vikings along with another four touchdowns versus the Giants. Of course, there was a buy, but as always, no one’s free from blame. And he played poorly against the Packers and Lions. Granted, there was some bad weather, but even with a below standard outing, I’m not going to the point that several people on social media are that Herz needs to be benched. Heck, as bad as the Eagles offense has been, Jaylen Herz still leads the NFL with 17 passes of 20 plus air yards or more. Aka, the idea that he won’t push the ball down the field or can’t complete those passes is completely made up. Oh, the other thing that’s false is this whole idea that QB1 can’t or doesn’t want to throw over the middle of the field. Of course, I get it. You have various NFL analysts sharing Jaylen Herd’s career heat map and saying, “Yeah, but the proof’s in the pudding. The dude just won’t throw over the middle.” which looks much worse comparatively when you take Lamar Jackson’s heat map and see how many times he peppers the middle of the field. But is that really a hurts problem or something else? If there are frustrations from your teammates or coaches with you, do you feel like you’re open to to them coming to you with? Well, I can’t get into hypotheticals of of if. Um ultimately, um it’s about coming in here and working and leading and bringing good energy and going out there and showing about how you work. you know, at the end of the day, we come out here to to we are here to play as a team and and to play together and go out there and find ways to win. And so that’s what that’s where we all have our focus at. So those things haven’t been brought to you directly. I don’t want to get into that. I know it hasn’t though. How about how about you personally? Y’all bring it to me. I mean, you know, I think it’s a bit of a different thing. Um, again, I don’t want to get into the weeds of anything ultimately, but from a personal level, that’s what I was going to ask you about. How do you sort of I assume you get frustrated at times with certain things. How do you sort of overcome that? It comes with the nature of it. It comes with the nature of it. You know, everybody’s going to have an opinion and um I give a lot of respect to those things. Ultimately, you know, we’re all here to do the same thing. And so it’s about the pursuit of that, you know, and and I’ve always encouraged um trying to work together to achieve that. If Jaylen Herz is the problem, I’m going to I’m going to question this. Here’s here’s just a few Herz quotes. We got to get out of this play not to lose mentality. We have to come out, play aggressive, and play our game. You saw our game in the second half. That was after the Rams. Yes. uh Herz desired his before the 2020 of 2024 season where they went to the Super Bowl last year. Uh he publicly believed the Eagles were overly reliant on vertical routes and not ili utilizing short to intermediate throws particularly over the middle where Brown has thrived in his career. That sounds like Jaylen Herz is petitioning for something that people are saying Jaylen Herz doesn’t want to do. And you remember last year after the NFC title game, Jaylen Herz quoted, “They let me out of my straight jacket on Sunday.” I’m going to just say to you, if you’re just thinking that it’s Jaylen Herz that is the problem, there’s three opportunities, two of them within the past calendar year, where Jaylen Herz has spoken out and said, “Look, take the take the shackles off. Let me do something here. You’re asking me to to quarterback a team wearing handcuffs.” Yeah. let me out of it. And so to me, that sort of goes contrary to Jaylen Herz being this overly nervous guy that doesn’t want to do things. I think it’s an unfair representation of Jaylen Herds. Someone recently said to me, “We’re way too predictable.” And like, okay, obviously duh, we’re way too predictable. But if they’re going to be as predictable as they are, you have to be perfect on offense. And sadly, the Eagles offense is anything but that with execution being poor, way too many penalties, and guys not being on the same page. Plus, add that to a recipe of a lot of 50/50 balls and then hear Bears head coach Ben Johnson talk about that kind of philosophy. And it’s hard not to imagine what the offense could look like in Philly if they got creative. There’s a chance at some more 50/50 opportunities. Um, yeah, I’m not a big guy on 50/50 balls to be honest with you. I think you can you can look at my track record of calling games and and we like to get guys open a little bit more than just throw it up for grabs. Um, and so that’s that’s not really what we want to be about necessarily. Uh, I think we’re pretty close on that first third down and the second third down is one that he’d like to have back. Uh, and I think we had maybe one or two opportunities more that we we probably could have challenged them down the field and we we didn’t pull the trigger for a number of reasons, but um, no, it’s something that we’re going to continue to work on. That that stuff doesn’t just happen overnight, you know. It’s uh, that’s a work in progress. Um, that’s been that case everywhere I’ve been. So, I’m not I’m not concerned about that. It’s like I hear that and man, the difference a competent play caller can make. Honestly, just to have some unpredictability would be nice. Although, you got to admit, the further we go and the more you look across the NFL landscape, nobody knows anything about anything. They’re not losing this football game. And I am not going to spend a lot of time worried about how I’ll feel if they lose this football game because I kind of feel like I know how I’m going to feel during this football game. A few moments later, Bonito got a jump on that snap and there’s Kelsey to scoop it up, pick up the first. We’ve done a good job. Obviously, there’s a certain way a game’s going to unfold and this is this is to our advantage. We think offensively we’ll pick it up here. We converge some third downs. We had good field position with the return game, but the team we’re playing is more of a first half team. He’s already made four today. Lutz in the clutch. Bo Nicks played better than Patrick Mahomes. That is what happened. Could not have been more shocked watching a game than I was watching that one. The Chiefs went to Denver, arguably their biggest regular season game of Patrick’s career. Got thoroughly outplayed. Blew a more than winnable game multiple times. Has the ball in the fourth quarter with a lead. Go down, score a touchdown. Game over. Three and out. Tie game. Four minutes. Perfect. Drive down the field. Kick a field goal. Win the game. Three and out. Denver made the high leverage plays. Kansas City did not. And Denver now has a strangle hold on the division. Kind of fun to see the Chiefs lose, not going to lie, but also maybe even more fun to keep the Nick Wright receipts, especially whenever he was doubling tripling down that there’s no way, no way possible the Chiefs lose that game. Yet, you had some of the top competitors in the NFL playoff ratio. Some really poor QB play this past weekend. Which is why I think Colin Cowardd is spot on with his parody take for the state of the NFL. In all the years I’ve been doing herd hierarchy, this there is the smallest gap from the best team in the league to number 10. It’s up for grabs every single week. We say this, but the further we go, it’s even more so like that. Up for grabs for so many different teams. Thank goodness obviously, yes, that the defense for the Eagles is playing the way that it is. And if they can keep it up, the offense only needs to be average at best. Again, I asked on the last video if what the offense was doing was sustainable, and history would say it’s not because the Eagles are currently 25th in the NFL in yards per game. Yet, the team to win the Super Bowl with the worst regular season yards per game rank in NFL history is the 2008 Steelers, who finished that year in 22nd. It’s over. We are screwed. There’s still time. I mean, that’s the positive, but they’ve also gone through a gauntlet recently, and maybe it gets better as of late. I mean, if anything positive, at least they’re not turning the football over, which can be very boring and frustrating at times. Yet, it’s hard to argue with a 40-2 record the last 5 years when the Eagles win the turnover battle in a game. Just saying, if the offense can get to average, then there’s almost no stopping the birds. Here’s the good news. The Eagles remaining schedule features some really poor defenses in terms of those yards per play allowed. Week 12, Dallas 29th, Chicago followed up on Black Friday. 30th. The Chargers and Raiders are actually kind of surprisingly lower, eighth and 11th. But then the Commanders 31st in week 16, Buffalo 22nd, and then again the Commanders 31st to end it out. So I’m curious, where do you think we finish if the Eagles are currently 25th in yards per game? You saw the remaining schedule there. Where does that fall by the end of the season? All right. And then as far as the injury report goes for Wednesday, Lane Johnson and Cam Jurgens were the ones that didn’t practice. Obviously Lane, we’re still waiting on the news there. Cam Jurgens turns out he had a concussion injury that he suffered in the game this last week against the Lions. It’s a DNP a week to get right. You can’t imagine that he’s going to end up playing. We’ll keep you posted, but Willie Lamin, you see, was a full participant as was Miles Hinton. And then the only other surprise was Jaylen Phillips with a shoulder injury that limited him at practice. However, it’s early in the week. These things we don’t need to overreact on. Typically, guys have limited participations end up playing. I’m not too concerned about Jaylen. And then for the Cowboys side, they’ve actually got a lot more players limited. Granted, there’s none of them that are DNPs, but you have two edges in Javian Clowney and Dante Fowler. Malik Hooker with a toe injury. Dak Prescott actually with a hip injury, but Brian Shottenheimimer and others said it’s not anything to worry about. Tyler Smith, the offensive lineman there with a knee injury was limited, as was Solomon Thomas and Donovan Wilson. So, lots of guys limited typically, especially this time of year though. Like I say, most of them will probably end up playing. If you read between the lines, get the beat rider report. We’ll keep you posted later on in the week. Also, I did want to say congrats to John Dice who won the latest ticket giveaway via the randomized spinner. John, you know the drill. Just need to hear back from you on one of the socials or email me at the Philly special show atgmail.com so I can get your email and your info and figure out which game you want to go to. And shout out to Austin who won one of the ticket giveaways earlier this season and sent me a pick from the Lions game. Got a lot more of those planned and content in the works. So, make sure to drop a like, subscribe, turn the notifications on. We’ll see you on the next one. This has been the Philly special.

The Eagles made a couple roster moves as they continue to wait for an official update on Lane Johnson. Meanwhile, Cam Jurgens suffered a concussion injury against Detroit and it’s not looking like he’ll be ready to play Sunday against the Cowboys. Jalen Hurts shut down the “frustration” talks around the offense and the changes for Kevin Patullo became even more obvious. Also, Howie Roseman brought in former WR Zach Pascal for a workout but could that help success in the ground game? Let’s talk about that, Myles Hinton’s role, and everything else around the Birds!

Any chance we can get a team to hire KP as a Head Coach?? 😅

I love how every video involves the word “change” lol. If it hasn’t changed already..
Nick Wright has never known anything anout anything. I've never seen anyone be so consistently wrong and people still listen to what they say.
Am I wrong when I thought after 2023 happened. That sirianni was not allowed to hire any coaches. And look he hired another oc that sucks!!!!
I mean if you really think about it no shit AJ can’t get any separation. The DBs already know what routes he’s gonna run. There isn’t a WR on this planet that wouldn’t eventually get frustrated and start lowering his effort level. At this point someone else needs to call the damn plays or just like JG it will be the reason why they don’t get another SB!!! 🤬
All this data and just keep doing it😅😅😅😅😅
The eagles 🦅 needs to get Saquon out in space like they used to use Westbrook! It makes absolutely no sense that they can’t get him going. It’s like if he can’t find a hole up the middle they just keep trying the same stuff—-no creativity. Use Saquon like San Fran uses CMC and we’d be a lot more effective in my opinion. They act like he can’t line up against a linebacker on the edge and burn em 🔥 ATP I can be the eagles OC. 😂😂😂KP ain’t it
11:12 JUST ONE MORE WEEK BRO- I PROMISE!!
We Stand With Hurts and AJ. #FireKevinPotato
Go Birds! 🦅
As a birds fan for life. It never ceases to amaze me how negative nearly all Philadelphia Eagles, fans are.
Im still hoping that we're using two playbooks like some of the elite coaches do. Albeit, the regular season playbook can use some upgrades.
2:27 67
How about the problem isn’t patullo and is sirianni
I wouldn’t say cutting and hand sanding 277 1/2 pieces of 4×4 is “easy” 😂
Yea I did notice I see the aj lacking effort but petulo is not drawing up good plays or using route concept
Theses hitch routes are ridiculous
I'm loosing hope in kp hurts I trust hurts
We should increase the RPOs and things will open up for Saquan. If they over play Saquon, Hurtz will go off. Then play-action will open up. Ohhh, and someone need to teach Petullo how to design option routes.
Yea I think hurts is perfect for eagles he's proven time and time again he can do what they need however they need but when we have good play calkers Moore and stichen both went to the SB
12:21 isn’t that the coach from EMCCU that made it on Netflix? Lol why are we listening to him again? Lol
The difference between hurts and Herbert is the team around them. Hurts has the most expensive offense in football. There are no excuses why he should ever throw for 135 yards.. that is why he is consistently held to a higher standard. He has so many weapons and we struggle to gain yards
Now Patullo has been holding the offense back for sure. He’s garbage
At this point it AJ needs to go up to our defense and be like guys take the first quarter off. Let the opponent get a lead and then the offense can cook and you guys can stop them. Without being down we never get aggressive on offense.
Hopefully this is like last year really started clicking in the playoffs but man this has been rough. Cowboys were supposed to be easy if we let up pressure on hurts could be another ugly offensive game.
The obvious Change KP needs to make is his address!!!!! Preferably to a Dallas area code
Go birds 🦅
Yes the loss of Johnny Wilson was underplayed. He’s shaping up to be a star and has been fixing a lot of his issues. It’s just buried under all the star power already here, but he could very well be our future
Sirianni needs to have no say in this offense and we need to replace KP with someone from the outside. This offensive scheme is embarassing
Patullo needs to make a departure, he is lazy.
They know where a good team there trying to break us all this media crap
KP is gonna be a heach coach next season Regardless.
I say lets hope for the best and ride it out.
Bring in dougie P as the new O coordinator next year.
I honestly think that we can win out. I'm not being hyperbolic, I truly don't see any really serious threats. But I remain hopeful that the Defense will continue it's stellar performance and that Petullo can pull his head out of his ass.
Not hard to see the amazing jump in play from both JD & Moro, but back to #JordanDavis…You can see the enormous jump in processing, hand placement & HUSTLE & Endurance….Watch the Lions game highlights & you consistently are seeing this dude around the ball, even 25 yards downfield attempting to tackle J.Gibbs w Jihaad Campbell! 3 Pass Deflections in 1 game! And Q….! #QuinyonMitchell is the best pure coverage lock down corner in the game 💯 Nobody can tell me different. Dude straight up erases the best of the best every week. Getting him & #CooperDejean last year was absolute robbery! Howie bringing over #JaelanPhillips along w getting #BrandonGraham out of retirement & #NolanSmith & #NakobeDean getting healthy has made that DL & LB group special…! Watching Nakobe knife in like a heat seeking missle & absolutely light up #davidmontgomery before sacking Goff was a showing of violence reminiscent of the #JeremiahTrotter days! Props to the entire Defense…Loved that pbu #8…u know the one I'm talking about #AdoreeJackson 💯 The coverage in the back of the endzone on that other play…damn fine football!
Last thing…enough of any bad mouthing of #JalenHurts – The man is on his 10th play caller in as many years! KP is the main reason for our offensive woes. I just hope that the confidence in him to figure it out isn't misplaced. There's plenty of blame tho & as long as those guys stay together & keep building, Im pretty confident that the offense is going to be just fine… #FlyEaglesFly
Philly local media sucks! 😡 GO BIRDS! 🦅 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅
We have a Super Bowl team that slaughtered the Kansas City Chiefs. They are minus one lineman from that core. The problem has been from the start the offensive coordinator. The players are in silent mutiny. They do not want to call him out and be traded The attitude has gone down He is a cancer he needs to go Is the owner and Howie That’s stupid. no Super Bowl this year.
Who is #3 in the thumbnail? It’s definitely not Nolan Smith
GO BIRDS!!
