Same thing happened in 2nd Q. KAT drove to the basket, he gave Gafford the arm hook, then went for a poster dunk. The call was blocking foul on Gafford at the contest for the dunk.
It's okay to call this an offensive foul, however the call should be consistent. If you won't be calling it for the night then don't call it. If you're calling it, then call it the entire game regardless of who's driving or at what stage of the game it is.
Since when Williams is known to get that call even if it was a foul who is he again ?
