  1. Well, that’s good to see.

Don’t mind the trade machine you may have seen open on my desktop. I wasn’t doing anything…!

    HES NOT FUCKING LEAVING

    MY GOAT SAID FAKE NEWS

    WE BACK BABY

  3. He was just at Kons house with his family… someone that wants to bounce wouldn’t go to that type of team meet up.

  4. I kept all the receipts of you bums celebrating this in the other thread btw. He’s 24 and under contract until 2029. We’ve gotta let it play out

  5. Well, I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with his inability to actually play meaningful basketball for this franchise

  6. This article to me is quite clearly other teams trying to push for Melo. Something sourced from Melo wouldn’t say he was *benched* because the minutes limit and plan Melo is on rn was a collaborative plan put together with melos team and the hornets. Coach lee has spoken about this a few times.

He wasn’t benched, he reached his minutes limit.

Melo doesn’t speak through media, if Melo wanted out he would make it known and it wouldn’t be from Kelly Iko with no connections to him

  7. Doesn’t change the fact that if a good deal comes around, they should not hesitate to move him. Him wanting to be here wouldn’t change the fact that his ankles are made of toothpicks and chewed up gum. Its crazy to me that some of you are so attached to this team being dependent on someone so unreliable.

  8. I just need like 25 games of Melo/Miller/Kon. I just need a taste of it before we move on from anyone.

  9. I think the upside of his duo with Kon outweighs his injury concerns at this point. Unless someone gives the farm (market for Melo is smaller than you’d think) then we should hold this man very happily.

  10. Yeah never really bought he wanted out lol. Dude loves Charlotte and a lot of our issues are health related.

  11. The guy is super talented, probably a top 20 talent in the league when healthy and injuries remain his biggest problem. Those aren’t going to get better elsewhere. So, it makes sense just to ride it out in Charlotte and see where things go because you’ve got some good young guys. imo

  12. I think trading Melo would be the craziest thing yall did. I know he’s no Steph but if he overcomes his ankle injuries yall have a core that could be reminiscent of Detroit this season. Like yall have solid pieces what’s the issue with it coming together

  13. So, people actually think Ball and his camp would actually confirm the story is true? That would only happen if bridges were totally destroyed, not just burnt.

  14. We are so fucking close to having a real team for Melo to play for, and fans really want to pull the plug? I get running out of patience after watching Ball’s putrid performance @IND, but there’s no greener pastures for the Hornets on the other side of any Lamelo trade, not at his salary. The team has to try to fix him and see it through til Kon can carry the franchise.
