Rajon Rondo Got INTO IT With Boston Celtics’ Head Coach Doc Rivers 🚨

Do you have a funny story that you could share about you and Doc uh Button Heads early on [Laughter] when I blew the TV up? Got fined 20,000 for busting the TV. Talk to me about that. We were playing Detroit Pistons. I think I’m across from Shaq. Kevin’s down there to my right. Watch a film. We talking about Chanty Bilis for some reason. And I think Chanty didn’t have a great game. Rip was killing us off of floppy action. Coming film like it can’t be me today. Chanty like why is this shot even on there in my head? Okay. Rondo. Okay, cool. All right, cool. Two, three possessions later again. I’m like, hold on. I look I’m looking across and Shaq’s looking at me like, “Be cool.” He’s like, “Don’t do it.” And I’m I’m explo I’m ready to go crazy. So, I’m like, “Man, why are we here talking about me when RIP had like 32 or something last night, you know what I mean?” So, that’s what kind of pissed me off. And I’m like, “Man, I jump up, boom, throw the water by the TV. TV explode.” Boom. Busted. Me and Doc immediately trying to go at it. Like, they got in between us or whatever. They told me, “Get masked out. Go take a walk.” I’m shirt off. It’s like 32 degrees in Boston. I take a walk down the street. The one person that called me that night was Kevin Gardner. And he was like, “You was wrong.” I was like, “What?” He’s like, “Yeah, man. You was wrong.” I was like, “Okay, cool.” So, like him holding me accountable like that. Like I said, cuz at that time, I’m like, “Man, how am I wrong when you know it’s like you pointing the finger at me and I’m not the problem.” That’s why I was frustrated. And like I said, from that day forward, like we’ve always, you know, been tight ever since. That’s the same [ __ ] that happened with me. And I’m literally telling the same
