It’s going to go wide. And that’s how the game ends. Carolina wins it in. Winnipeg. An emotional return for Nikolai Eers. And the hometown kid, Seth Jarvis with a short-handed goal. Heat. Heat.

Jordan Staal tallied a pair of goals, Seth Jarvis scored in his hometown, and Nikolaj Ehlers assisted on the game-winner in his return to the Canada Life Centre as the Carolina Hurricanes topped the Winnipeg Jets in a 4-3 win.
