Slay should be taking a back seat to Pierre considering Pierre has looked great filling in. I doubt he will, but he should
Slay might be the only guy who lowers his team’s betting odds when he is cleared to play.

The fact that Tomlin said Slay will resume starting if healthy is disgusting given 1) Slay is cooked and 2) what Pierre has done in Slay’s absence. Truly a huge indictment on Tomlin. Elite stupidity.

Slay should not be playing even if cleared. He should be behind Pierre, Echols hell even behind Asante if we ever elevate him. Slay is bad, he can’t cover or tackle. Maybe he would be a better safety than corner

Thank God. I was almost worried for a second that we wouldn’t have Slay in time for his weekly getting burnt by the third string receiver for a touchdown and injury by the 2nd quarter bit.
Something Tomlin does very poorly is deciding upon what personnel changes, though not planned, might actually make the team play better. There’s so much stubborn energy amongst the coaching staff that problems which could easily be solved are allowed to continue and fester, and then when we’ve lost the game everyone’s always like 🤷🏻♂️

Cam being cleared is awesome. Slay worries me because Pierre has looked significantly better and I dont see Tomlin giving Pierre majority of the snaps over Slay
