And you’ve got the Orlando Magic coming into this one with a record of 9-7 on the year uh 8-8 against the number this season. Coming in off of a 129 101 win over the Los Angeles Clippers in their last matchup while New York picked up their first road win of the season 113 1111. And uh it was still a solid effort for the New York Knicks in that game. didn’t cover laying the eight and a half but managed to get the job done and I would say it’s just better it’s better than nothing better than the alternative which is definitely not where they wanted to be but now a bit of a tricky spot here taking on an Orlando Magic team has started to find themselves you know they’re six and three at home they’ve won four straight home games and this Orlando Magic team that once again is priding themselves on playing good defense and they’ve had to because one of their key pieces is out of the lineup continues to be out of the lineup in Paulo Beno so I definitely think that that’s something that you have to keep monitoring for the Orlando Magic. And that’s going to be the sort of the question you have to ask yourself when you’re handicapping Orlando Magic games until Ben Carroll comes back is do you trust the Magic defense to be able to hold down whoever they’re playing? And given new developments for the New York Knicks, I’m not so sure because we now found out that Jaylen Brunson is going to be available for this game. He’s listed as probable. So, he comes back. That is a big piece to have back in the fold for the New York Knicks. I mean, the Knicks were playing some inconsistent basketball without him. Now, the the devil’s advocate is going to say, well, you know, even with Jaylen Brunson, the Knicks were losing their earlier games on the road this season. I mean, they lost to Miami, lost to Chicago, and they were one they were 0 and4 going into that game against Dallas and still almost ended up 0 and five had they not won by two points. But I still think that the New York Knicks are obviously a better team with Brunson. And the only player that you’re still missing is um is uh is OG Anomi. And I stand corrected. I do apologize. as I was looking at an injury report, but I do see Jaylen Brunson did play the last game. So, still I still think that that’s a big addition, a big return for the New York Knicks and someone that is going to play well for the New York Knicks for, you know, the rest of the season as long as they can stay healthy and this is going to be a New York Knicks team that can be a top four seed in the Eastern Conference. I just think that they overmatch Orlando here. I think that Orlando, like I said, at home is a solid team and it’s only a line that’s a point and a half. It’s not a game I’m rushing to the window to bet right away. still got to do some digging on it, but I’m going to lean towards the Knicks here. I think that the Knicks at the end of the day are still the better team here, especially with the Magic down Bankero. If Bankero is in it, maybe we talk about flipping it to to the Magic here, but I’m going to roll with the Knicks in this one. And that’s going to be my free pick.
