Clearly the Sabres are one of the greatest teams of the modern era since they are on this list 4 times and only 6 other teams even appear once
So we need those other six teams to go defunct to get back into the playoffs?
That game vs ATL was fun, Stafford(or Vanek) and Roy both had hattys. That was the 1st game after a 10 game losing streak, we won 10-3, I sat 7 rows up behind the net, it was a great game to have those seats.
The sporadic competence of this team is the most unbelievable part of the drought years
The Toronto game two years ago was the game after the Kraken came to town and won like 7-1 or something wasn’t it
I was at the Chicago and Toronto game, am I good luck finally?

Okay, I had to look it up. Of the 9 teams on this list from previous seasons, 4 of them did not make the playoffs that year. 3 of those are the Sabres (Jets are the other). And they ain’t making it this year either lol.
The boys may not make the playoffs, but they can certainly be electric.
