He’s a Super Bowl MVP and had a long career in multiple franchises. Nick knows offense. If he can see this sitting in the stands, other teams have caught on and then some. There’s a problem.

Clowns on this sub have been saying AJ can’t get separation anymore. CB1 vs WR1 is a tough battle in the best of circumstances, but can you imagine how easy it is for an NFL starting CB to cover a WR if they already know the route?

Your OC has donkey brains and he appears to be shielded by Sirianni, so maybe Sirianni needs to go. It’s amazing Roseman is allowing this. Could be fixed by the playoffs but doesn’t look like they’ll fix anything.
This is so true… also if you see these guys on the Shannahan tree hit play action off of those complimentary routes you get these DB’s lazy playing the deep cross sometimes with eyes in the backfield… and they hit a wide open Seattle off of it like it’s magic.

Granted, Sirianni has had success with his coaching style, but I’ve never felt like they have ever schemed well. They’ve seemed to always rely on that fact that their players were simply better than their opponents. It does work to a degree, but as we see, it’s not something you can fully rely on.

Nick absolutely nailed it. This team should be unstoppable, instead it’s bottom half, even bottom 5/10 in most metrics. It’s pitiful, and nothing will change until we have a new play caller/OC.
Im firmly of the belief 90% of the problems are because of the scheme and play calling. It’s just SO basic and then you toss in a guy who’s never done it (and it clearly shows) and you end up with what we see.
I think it’s very clear at this point that Kevin Patullo is not up to the job of OC/play caller.
The #1 problem is Nicks scheme, period end of discussion. It worked in 2022 because Shane is a top tier playcaller, teams caught up in 2023, it survived 2024 because Saquon was absurd and by passing less it masked the issue. 2025 the defense is carrying and the offensive talent is simply enough.
2nd problem is Howie and Lurie gambling their SB window on inexperienced play callers.
3rd problem is KP shouldnt be OC
4th problem is people forget AJ Brown is supposed to be a captain and can have these convos behind doors and continues to cast a negative cloud over every win, whether he is right or wrong his behavior is detrimental.

I 1000% agree that KP’s schemes are the main problem that’s holding the Eagles back. However, there are a some instances where Jalen is too risk averse. Both can be true at same time.
