I honestly think this game gave Cole to much confidence since then he’s been shooting horribly playing sloppy on defense and can’t even do basic playmaking

  1. I figured after his start he might be different than I thought due to the Giannis effect, but he’s actually worse. I assumed he’d be mostly mid but could have a carry game like this every week or two, but he has been actively hurting us most nights.

    Doc just needs to have a quick leash on him, once KPJ gets back, when he clearly doesn’t have but keeps chucking.

  4. I genuinely believed that Rollins wasn’t gonna be in the rotation when we signed Cole. BOY was I wrong..

  11. None of the guards getting minutes outside of Rollins can actually play defense. In games against guys like maxey, doc should have put in Ajax, another effort decent POA defender who can move his feet and stay in front of smaller guards. But nah, he continues to play a bunch of guys will below average defense who are just out there chucking threes and eating up the shot clock. Those lineups are obviously there to outscore the opponent but if they aren’t doing that, what are they out there for?

  12. Everyone who watched any amount of him before this season knew he’d have games where he shit the bed. Unsure why you think he’s a 20 3 5 kinda guy every night

  13. Cole Anthony really wants to win and plays with heart. He’s inconsistent, but if he wasn’t he wouldn’t be a role player. I don’t wanna hear this shit

  14. Can anyone tell me why Cole Anthony passes the ball slower than my 10 year old grand daughter? I’ve never seen an NBA player throw passes as slow as him. Even if he’s throwing if halfway across the court the ball moves so slow that defenders are getting there before the ball. Worse yet defenders are just picking off his passes for nonstop turnovers.

    I do think Cole has a great eye to find the open man but the problem is he can’t get the ball to them. Is this a basic fundamental that Doc needs to teach him? No way he isn’t physically capable of getting these passes off with more umph.

  17. And Cole Anthony has another nightmare performance tonight against the Pistons. Single handily destroyed any chance of them keeping it close. The few runs they had, Anthony ended them with horrendous turnovers
