Can’t believe we lost Landman and Oluokun.

  1. He played himself out off town (the good way) unfortunately. Fucking Anderson 10 snaps in 3 seasons stays though.

  2. Landman and Oluokon were great against the run but if you aren’t strong in coverage I don’t really want you covering all the great tight ends in the game today.

  3. He was also ON THE FIELD. The best ability is availability. We were left with Bertrand and oh hell I can’t even remember his name. Dude hasn’t seen the field this year .

  4. This is strait up revisionist history.  Landman was solid while he was here but it’s not like he was great and Diablo is an upgrade.

No one was mourning over losing Landman in the off-season so stop with this. Good on him for balling out.

Oluokun signed a huge deal with Jacksonville that we had zero chance of matching

  5. wasn’t part of the issue scheme fit. ATL wanted mobile linebackers who were good in coverage (like a Divine Deablo type 🤔) and Landman was a stud run defender who was almost unplayable in coverage. just peaking the stat line it seems like he may have improved in coverage, but he earned his bag in the run game.

  6. Imagine if we had prime Deion Jones, Curtis Lofton, Jessie Tuggle, Keith Brooking, Foye Oluokon, Tommy Nobis, Paul Worrilow, Divine Deablo, and Nate Landman. We would lose probably every game because that’s way too many people at LB and we’d still have a coaching problem.
