That coach is way to loose. Im 35 so I grew up with old school style of coaching. Yelling holding every man accountable and ensuring 1 persons mistake is taken out on entire team to keep everyone holding each other accountable. New era of coaching like Mike I just aint into.
The so called “players coach” thing has serious flaws. It’s like a parent who is looking to be a friend to their child vs. mentor, teacher and yes disciplinarian.

I’ve been a dolphins fan for 23 years…. The qb is trash.. the good offense we HAD was wasted because we won’t get rid of Tua. The defense is inconsistent at best, the players get hurt all the time most likely because poor conditioning. Tua chokes every game on national tv (unfortunately wild cards games are included in that). Another rebuild decade incoming.. just sell the team or delete it. The Miami dolphins killed
