But if you watch the games, it didn’t look like a team that deserved losing that many in a row. It wasn’t last year’s Wizards. It wasn’t one of those teams. It looked like a team who played very hard. They just found ways to lose. All they did was change the coach, dog. It’s a down year for the East. They have confidence. They’re fun to watch, man. young, energetic. To put this many games in a row, wins is not easy in this league. Winning is a learning behavior. Winning is fun. Winning is contagious. So, I expect this to continue throughout this season.

I don't think people realize how tough the Pistons' schedule was that year. Tough teams back to back and then they just didn't have the confidence or energy to compete. On top of the coach not really caring. They really weren't that bad, still had a long way to go, but they are showing what they had now.
