Not likely. Especially as a giveaway. It’s hard to get data on giveaways from a few years ago. Unless someone here went to that game I doubt anyone will have many, if any, details.
WMAQ was the Bulls radio station in that era
The yearly Bulls media guides would sometimes include a list of promotional giveaways for the season. Unfortunately, I don’t see anything useful among the scans uploaded to the Internet Archive.
