“This Is How We Have To Play” | Rasmus Dahlin After 4-1 Win Over Hurricanes | Buffalo Sabres

What do you think about the way your team had bounced back after Wednesday to get two wins in a row here? Uh really good. Um really good response from from that game. Uh we knew uh that that’s not acceptable and we have to play a more solid 60 game, a 60-minute game and uh that’s what we’ve been doing now lately. We’re just going to continue to do it. Against Carolina, you know, they’re going to come down third period and push you guys in your own zone. How do you feel you you feel that the whole team stood up to him? Uh we did a great job to keep him on the outside. Um I mean we we know how to kind of manage uh third period. We have a lead. Uh we’re getting better every night at it. So um just got to make sure you you you have a closed gap and um keeping on the outside and that’s what we’ve been doing. We’ve been doing a solid job. What kind of frame of mind is you go Lucan in in right now for this team? Unbelievable. Um he’s doing a great job. He makes sure he get the he takes the first puck and we make sure we get the the sticks and the rebounds and stuff. So, uh it’s uh it gives the team uh confidence when he’s playing great. How has he given the team confidence in these last two games? I get he takes the first puck and we take uh the the rebounds. What’s been like for you Samuel? What do you think of the way? Uh unbelievable. Um, we always play great together. Uh, I enjoy playing with him. He’s such a smart hockey player. Uh, he’s big, he’s can skate, he can shoot, he can pass, he can do it all. So, um, I love playing with him. What do you think of the way your team I mean, there was some weird stuff from the officials in this game. Goals that got called back. Like, what do you think of the way your team kind of stuck with it, especially against that team? Yeah, you said it. Um, great great job by us. just uh keep calm on the bench and uh just work through it. Uh there was some some other calls that were questionable, but uh we just stuck with it and uh played a solid 30 60-minute game. What would you think of? Uh really nice. Um I know we got a little sneaky skill there. I mean, I’m not surprised, but it was a hell of a goal. I uh I love seeing that stuff. Ros, your team’s lo won four of its last five games. What does it gain from this recent run and how do you need to sustain that going into the week against Pittsburgh, New Jersey, and Minnesota? Yeah, it’s it’s it’s going to be um hard hard games. Uh but this got to be our um our minimum. Uh this is how we have to play every single night and it’s it’s competing, it’s skating, it’s uh doing the little things, right? Uh work for the team. Um that’s got to be our bare minimum and then we can improve uh some other things. How much do you guys game things? Yeah, you can’t you can’t take a game off in this league. Uh just doesn’t work.
