An addendum: Shedeur is starting despite the fact that Dillon Gabriel has cleared concussion protocol.
Good – as he should. As fans we should take this week by week. Would at least like to be confident on what we have in the QB room by end of season to inform draft/free agency. I think we know what we have in Gabriel at this point.
Pretty sure the locker room would have imploded if this wasn’t the case
Looks like superbowls back on the menu boys.
I was expecting this during the week. Lets go 12!

If he has a stat line of 250 yards 2 TD, 1 INT it will actually break the internet.
It’s good that they announced it this early. Don’t let anything fester. I hope this kid keeps improving.

We took the super duper long way but glad to see the time has finally arrived. Stunt on ‘em, young fella!
I think it’s his for the rest of the season as long as he doesn’t have a really big stinker
Good! It’s so easy to root for Shedeur. Who knows if he will show if he’s the guy? But Gabriel is about as interesting as an Actuary.
Its wild that 2 weeks in a row we get to play teams that are on a short week. Usually we are the ones getting fucked
This was always the case. Stefanski being non committal should have been the clue. He’s never going to say outright in a post game press conference but fans just find ways to be mad.
He gives the offense the best chance to score compared to Gabriel even if his passing numbers are trash. They have to respect that Sanders can throw the ball 40 yards down the field while Gabriel can’t. That alone opens up the ability for Judkins and Sampson to get some running room. Gabriel they stack 7 in the box

Ok – so what to do with the 32nd pick in the draft now?

Also I heard he makes Shadeur practice with floaties on each arm.
Correct choice.
He also shouldn’t be judged against Gabriel. He should be judged against other rookies and other young QBs.
The right call for where the team is right now. The spark and inspiration was very evident. Gabriel had plenty of time to win the job and he just didn’t get there
Ignoring all the noise surrounding Shedur this year, watching the game Sunday there were some plays that really impressed me.

I don’t think we will beat the 49ers but with Shadeur we have a punchers chance and our defense will keep the game close

I mean the fact he can throw an accurate screen pass already makes him more useful to this offense compared to Gabriel. I’m not going to crown him yet but at least he can see over the o line.
