  1. Summary: Plead not guilty. Next court appearance in early March next year. Judge wants things to start by September. Chauncey did not say much other than answer yes or no questions.

  2. The tech in this video is not what is being claimed. This tech reads the card machine, doesn’t shuffle-in winning hands as is what I believe is claimed. You all will hate this, but innocent until proven guilty. It’s obvious it doesn’t look good, reputation gone. [How to Hack A Card Machine](https://youtu.be/JQ20ilE5DtA?si=lzv97LF3vrugtz1Z)

  3. Jailblazers are back baby! He needs to prove his innocence on the court, 1v1 with the judge.

  4. Unless the feds are bluffing hard (I wouldn’t be surprised with the Trump regime), it seems like they have a ton of evidence against Billups.

  5. Obvious to plead not guilty no matter what. This isn’t surprising at all. Get some good defense lawyers. and have the prosecution build their case against you. Any reasonable doubt leads to a split decision by the jury. Then becomes not guilty verdict or hung jury. This is simple knowledge from watching law and order on tv, and being apart of a jury once. The fact remains that he won’t be coaching in the NBA again. And if proven not guilty. Then the counter suit can begin for damages brought against him. Still. As a blazers fan im happy with him not being the coach right now
