If he wants a quote off, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting something different is the definition of insanity. And right now, he’s doing the same thing, still losing. It’s reasonable (and encouraged) to change things if you keep losing.
That’s ok. Monti will make those changes in the offseason. I won’t be surprised if Gannon is one of them.
It’s crazy how complacent this regime is. I bet if we somehow get to the playoffs next year and get knocked out in the first game these guys would think it’s a success. The Rams, Seahawks and 9ers are constantly mixing things up. We’re just a stuck in the mud franchise.

We aren’t going to win anything next year anyway why pay 4 coaches. Either it works and we don’t totally suck with JG, new coordinators, and Jacoby at QB OR nothing changes OR it gets worse. In all honesty at least if we get worse we’d get a better pick in a better QB class and get a new coach then.

He’s not wrong. The offensive playcalling won’t get better. DP is out at the end of the year. Obviously losing isn’t the goal but keeping DP improves the draft position which is something they are probably considering
