Our point guards (minus sweet baby Tyrese) are back, so he doesn’t have the ball in his hands as much, so he was mostly catching and shooting and defending
He might not end up being the facilitator the organization wanted him to be. But if he can shoot and defend, he’ll be an important piece moving forward.
If he can be Nesmith light I’ll be ecstatic

I don’t think a single person had said walker can’t have these games.
But 1 of these games in between 14 games where he can’t shoot, can’t pass, and refuses to try play defences doesn’t make it worth it,
The real issue we have is we are carrying both him and shepherd.
Just cuz I’m a Pacers fan doesn’t mean I have to blindly act like every player we have is great
This is true outside of the fan base. But you can talk shit about your own players to other pacers fans. It’s our right! Especially calling out lack of effort. We’ve been there as a team before. Real fans hold their players to the greatness they are capable of, disappointment in a bad performance is passion.
Im a big fan of Jarace’s potential, I think Siakam is the perfect player to model himself after and he has a lot of time for development

I’m just glad he didn’t hesitate shooting by the end. The number of times he’d hesitate to shoot this season just for the defender to cleanly close out on the shot was too damn high.
Not every NBA player can be a star. Jarace has a lot of good skills as a role player and is at his best when he just lets the game come to him and doesn’t try to be someone he’s not.
Gotta give it to you OP, you’re persistent.
Last night was good. This season has shown he has a lot of maturing yet to do (which is reasonable given he’s a young man in his early 20’s)

Once every 10 games just isn’t good enough.
I think people are forgetting that Jarace is being asked to do much more than he prepared even all off season for. He’s had some bad games but come on – did we really expect Jarace to lift a roster of G-Leaguer’s and fringe league guys? Last night – the first game with him closest to the role he’s supposed to have and he balls out. People straight hating on my guy Jarace.
