NHL Highlights | Stars vs. Oilers – November 25, 2025
Vasili Poulson and the gamewinner against Florida going upstairs short side on Sergey Babroski. He’s on the line with Dry Cidle and Roselvic who scored twice in the win on Saturday. But Coulson kept it alive. Money wide open a backhander and Dryidle couldn’t get it on net. Petravic the Edmonton native came over to block. Wyatt Johnston flips it down deep but Bark forcheing a steal. Johnston back door score and Jamie Ben the captain for the Dallas Stars has given the visitors a one- nothing lead and for Jamie Ben goes the other way and it’s the hard wrap around a little steal by Wyatt Johnston who gets there as a secondary person. He picks the pocket right here. There’s the puck. Thank you. And then the quick little hard rim right to Jamie Ben who beats his man to the far post. First goal of the season for Jamie Ben. He gives his team a one- nothing lead. 10 goals in his last six games for Jason Robertson to put himself in a tie for six with 13 goals coming in. Sean double teamed. Now you’ve got Wyatt Johnston. Sean curls it can’t up top. Robertson looks for a lane dishes. One time Saints get a rebound score. Roay hits two nothing Dallas. Oh, this is some terrific movement of the puck here. It’s a beautiful little play by Sagen off the wall to find the bumper. pass to Hint. It kind of alleviates the pressure. Hasting gets lost. That’s a terrific one-time save by Skinner, the first one, but this rebound just explodes right out. And for Rope Hint, he’s able to corral this puck and put it home into the open net. 400 goals in the National Hockey League. He opened the scoring. Blackwell up the right hand side. Did he score a massive goal as Dallas outlasted Colorado in the first round last year? Here’s Baskin shooting and scoring. 3 nothing Dallas. Four and a half to play in the first period. And Nathan Bastion, who’ been a healthy scratch recently, picks up his second of the year. Injuries of rat and suspension. He gets injected back into the lineup. And this is something the Dallas Stars have done all year long. They find production down the line and guys that jump in just jump right into the mix. Nice little battle won by Bastion here as he taps this by and then elects to shoot this on the twoon one. So, as he’s walking, he takes one look, second little glance, and says, “Yeah, no. I’m going to try and shoot this one bar down.” When you’re trying to get on the body, it’s a little harder to hit guys that skate like Hasten and understand and see you coming. But he got in, tried to get a pretty good look. Here’s another one. This is going to be waved off. Waved off. Tap with a high stick. It was seems to think that it’s good though. He was whacked out of midair. The puck was struck above the Oh, this is really close now. It’s no goal on the ice. That’s important. They’re looking for a high stick here. Is this Yeah, I think that if you look at where if you look, he’s got a pretty good look at how high this puck was. Look at that. Fashion’s not a little guy. Neither is Steuart Skinner. I think this one’s going to come back. That’s too close to the apex. And again, rule no goal on the ice. So, you need Yes. I was wondering, Louie, if if that puck dropped or hits the lower part of the stick, but that one is near its apex. I think this is going to hold up as a no goal and the right call. Yeah, it was quick. The video review, a ruling on the ice is confirmed. Yes, no goal on the play. Yeah, I mean, good call right away. Petravic again up to Jamie Ben. And this time, the longtime Dallas captain clears inside the Evson line. Back home with a turnover in the neutral zone. Wyatt Johnston heading to the next center bench. Shoots, save, rebound, score. Sam Steel makes it 4 nothing. And whether it’s now or at the end of the period, I think that’s going to probably do it for Steuart Skinner. Sam Steel’s going to get credit for this one after Steuart Skinner makes the initial save similar to what he did on HK on the one time on the power play. That’s a pretty darn good save. But inside again is Sam Steel. Elevated up the lineup due to injuries. suspension, gets to the front of the net and stops. That’s the key. He stops right on the doorstep. Why would you fly by? That’s why right there as this puck goes up over top and he taps it home for a four nothing lead. Dulac now Plattberg checked off balance. Cory Chonic behind the net. Battle one by Yanmark up top. Emerson a shot through traffic. Score. Conor Clattenberg, his first in the National Hockey League, 20 years old. He’ll never forget to get out of the zone as easily as they have been through 20 minutes. The wrist are by Emerson. Layers of traffic in front. Yanmark is there. Clattenberg is there. Tomasik is there. This is how you grind away and go to work. for Connor Clappenberg. First NHL goal. Congratulations. Faceoff won by Sean. Roberts loads and fires and missed. Rebound clattered off the corner boards. It’s Wyatt Johnston to Sean. Sean peers inside. Tipped in. Jason Robertson stays hot. That’s a goal in seven straight games. 11 goals over that span. And Dallas extends to a 5-1 lead. Power play goal. And this is a good corral by Wyatt Johnson on the wall on the backhand side. He keeps this puck from going out on the missed shot. But then it’s all Tyler Sean. Once this puck comes down low to him, just excellent freezing of picker. He’s such a dangerous shooter from that spot. Talked to him this morning. Great. Feels great because he’s healthy. This one gets a little bit of a lucky bounce. Robertson trying to curl it in front. Johnston. Robertson wide open. Stopped by Picker. Rebound. Sean. Hast with 15 on the power play. Sean. Robertson in front. Oh, I don’t know how it didn’t go in initially and eventually was punched home. Johnston was stopped by Picker. He shot it right back into him, but stayed with it and eventually ran the puck home for a 6-1 lead. Around the goalender and that’s the Dallas Stars. They move it around really well, but when it’s time to close, they close. Perfect timing. It was Johnston that gets to that spot on time. So, he’s out of it. All of a sudden, he’s right there for the first chance. Follows it up and tucks that one home. I’m not sure that’s not an own goal. I think inadvertently Bard might have flicked this in off the skate of Eol. Our family certainly felt it. Um, Cheryl, you know, she’s a a survivor. She’s a battler. Emily, too, but everybody. And that’s why there’s nights like this uh that the NHL puts on and they try to fight this disease. There’s a goal hammers one home through 62 on a 91 mph blast scoring and his fine play in November continues. Just lets it go but there’s traffic in front and both goals similar. The Clattenburg goal jamming away at a rebound. And you look at this here, Zack Heyman where he typically goes. And if you watch Auter Yeah. And Tia G rose to the floor with a heck of a tribute there. That was well done by her. The talent. Here’s a blast that’s hammered in on a rebound. A shot sailed through. Seemed to catch Picker by surprise. And Ritz Kovian pounded it home. Ritz Kovian’s right there on the spot again. This little redirection bumps right back. Little give and go. And this shot through traffic once again. This is high. And I don’t know. They’re looking at the screens to my right. Did he touch this with a stick? That’s what I originally thought. Covian when he when he put his stick up, it drops down. I don’t know what this hits. Could be the shaft of Regula’s stick in front and then he taps it home. Looks like it’s going to be Oh, maybe off off the stick off the hand. I guess they’re looking Kopa Biano there. He caught him kind of playing that puck but he popped right through him and then he got into it with Fox on the way back to the bench and was trying to get him to go. Fox a big guy himself but up by five goals. David off the post rebound score Jack Roselik 73. Roselik his 10th and third in the last two games. Sorry. That’s okay. McDavid little drop pass to Seavoy and the one-time as he walks into this puck rings the bar and then Rosavic. This one pops right to him, but he gets it away in a flash. I mean, it’s right to him. This guy just gets it. He said he’s young, but we’ve maybe had him on video one or two times where he’s been in the wrong spot. That’s pretty impressive for a young individual in the toughest league in the world. And I think he’ll be on a mission come springtime. Louisie cuz he was not happy with his playoff performance. Off the draw, slammed in front and the second of the night for Nathan Bastion. Dallas has laid eight on Edmonton tonight. It’s 83. That’s the third goal that he’s put in the net tonight. One was taken back with a high stick in the first period or else it’d be the hat-tick. And it’s just a jam play by Foxa and this puck pops right out. And you’ll see Bastion, he’s the first to get to it and he just quickly releases it cross grain. So, a right-handed shot zips it back to the blocker with 10 seconds to go. Seavoy gives it back to him. Lean pass. Japan. A slap shot into the glove of Aer and that’ll be all. Dallas wins going away.
The Dallas Stars erupted with eight goals from seven different scorers including four tallies in the first period to dismantle the Edmonton Oilers 8-3.

How soft was Bouchard in first goal 😂
Where is the pride of Canadian hockey?
That’s the Stanley cup runner ups?
Bouchard is actually very talented 🤓 he’s very good at fishing pucks out of Oiler’s net 🤣
SKINNERRRRRR
Demote the entire team to the AHL
I can't decide what's funnier: watching Edmonton or Toronto lose.
Almost difficult to watch. What's up with EDM this year? Is it just early still?
I guess the Hockey Gods agreed with me that the suspension to the Moose was total bullshit, because he served his one game too many and we still phkd them is the a$$ in their own building.
Thank you Dallas, oilers fans were getting a big head after beating a panthers team without all of their key players 😂
Bring Connor Ingram as the starting goalie for the oilers
When Edmonton and Toronto lose it's a good night.
lol EDM D and their cap hit
The Bouchard special: 1. Be involved in multiple opponent goals resulting in a huge deficit. 2. Rack up some garbage time points so Oilers fans will continue to think he’s a #1 dman.
Просто зашёл почитать комментарии 😂
Which team was Bouchard playing for??
So showing murder live on television is still legal? I thought they made illeagal after last AVS – Oilers
lmao the Oilers are so bad
Poor Skinner, in 3 of the 4 goals he was left to dry. A good defence can help a mediocre goaltender, but thats not whats in front of him.
REAL DEAL SAM STEEL
Sloppy Skinner had a 12.00 GAA and 0.60 save percentage today. Why they didn't pull him when he let 3 goals on just 5 shots is beyond me.
Oilers goaltending is poor – fair but not overpaid , Defense is horrendous , offense is poor – fair , coaching is poor – fair , management is poor – fair and the final verdict is this Oilers team is worse off than the previous 2 years. Instead of improving their getting far worse as a team unit. FIRE THE MANAGEMENT AND JACKSON FIRST.
I want to meet oilers as a forward will beat all scoring records 😊
were the Bengals now
If only defense weren't a thing in hockey, the Oilers would be alright.
Oilers goal song is annoying, that alone should set them on a rebuild for the next 100 years.
At least they beat Panthers… Am I right?
It was nice to see the stars getting some warming up in the AHL against what was the name like oil something, but waiting for the real challenge at some point.
The Oilers traded down when they could've drafted Jesper Wallstedt…
I'm going out on a limb by saying there's going to be 2 new teams in the SCF this season.
Where does everyone think McDavid will go to try & win a cup in 2 years?
Another 0 defence effort game from Edmonton. How many games need to happen until change is made?
Edmonton did really well on …. I don't think they did anything well in this game. Never mind.
Omg f'n Bouchard . play defense. Stop thinking your a pylon in front of the net. 3 of the first 4 goals directly cause he's not taking out the man. Standing in front of Skinner screening him or just plain allowing a shot on net BOUCHARD barely moves . had it with him
Send him on forward line or time for a real defense coach to fix this embarrassing horrific bad habit repeating stupidity by Evan. Its infuriating knowing he just got a HUGE UNDESERVED RAISE and is always the cause of goals against. How can Kris not see it.
Or is this Connor shielding criticism of his play it just plain STUPID INEFFICIENT DEFENSE COACHING.
GIVE ME THE JOB ILL FIX THESE SILLY PROBLEMS CAUSING LOSSES BY NEW YEAR OR SEND EM DOWN TO PLAY FOR THE CONDORS FOR A FEW MONTHS. LEARN HOW TO PLAY AGAIN JESUS EVAN WTF
KRIS WTH MAN. He is going to be the reason you get fired mark my words. Change time is now. Rather Actually yesterday man .
Skinner is not ideal, but you can't play like this and say it's on your goalie… First mistake by Bouch, second – a good save by Stu, the poor positioning play by defense, third is bad play on board in a neutral, 4th a save from Stu, ricochet of the bar (then misses during the swing) and a bad defensive play around the net…
There use to be a guy that gamed by the name of Jomax he said he worked in the oil patch and he was a Oiler fan. lol what a loser
This is Stuart Skinner Patrick Roy game. He should demand a trade.
I know Skinner is struggling, but you cannot blame him that much after his team in front of him is playing zero defense
Защита у Нефтяников супер
1:35 Skinner's main issue – overplays the puck and puts himself out the play.
I turned it off at 6-1 so I could feel better about the Leafs 😂
what a pathetic hockey team, wtf lol
Sad to say … McDavid's quest for a Stanley Cup might have to be with a different team. But definitely not with the Make Beliefs. The Curse of Harold Ballard will ensure that the Stanley Cup never returns to Toronto.
Edmontons defenders being spectators knowing the goalie will get all the blame.
Leafs and Oliers could be stars of the show" Crapiest teams with the most talent"
Edmonton’s D is trash. Left the goalie out to dry. All bums.
Why blame Skinner goal 1 Bouchard puts in 0 effort. Goal 2 3 DAL players in front of net and where was the center?,Goal 3 # 27 on EDM just craps the bed at blueline.Goal 4 Benn wide open with time and space hmm .Goal 5 is a 2 man advantage , did Skinner take the penalty's lol????
So dumb to blame a goalie for pathetic defensive play by his team it was a mercy pull not a bad goalie pull!
