2. I was just watching the playoff highlights yesterday – it never gets any better

4. That team means so much to me, and I feel robbed of what should have been. I’ll never fully heal from what Nico did to us.

9. I used to watch every game possible. If I couldn’t watch it, I would check in on my phone during the games.

   At this point I haven’t watched a complete game since February. The only emotional connection I have to the NBA resides now in LA and I don’t want to watch them.

   Having said that – I do think that if the Mavs get a Top 5 pick to pair with a 2nd year Flagg and trade AD for some more draft capital, I will be back in next year. Obviously the Mavs won’t be competing for anything, just hopefully building again with an eye on competing again around 2029-2030. I’ll at least be willing to go back to the AAC and cheer on the guys again.
