Can 2023 Auston Matthews return
Atta boy Auston. Let’s turn this thing around.
I mean right on good to hear and all, but I am very melancholy about this whole season
I hope this isn’t some TJ Oshie situation. Idk if anyone has seen his recent podcast appearance but he said he had a back injury and would feel fine but then every time he got hit in the head it would basically debilitate his back.
Praying that our boy isn’t going through a similar situation where any awkward contact triggers his injury.
No more excuses. Time to show up and beat a team you should on paper.
Does that maybe mean we can finally get Domi out of the face-off dot and onto his wing?
No excuse for not winning tonight. They HAVE to win this game.

Can we simulate the next two seasons?
Good news. Hopefully, with him coming back, they keep him off the PK and so many D Zone starts. I think we have enough guys that cannot contribute meaningfully that would be better eating shots and breaking up the cycle than a premier goal scorer.
I think they will stick to that for a few games, win them and then go back to what does not work and continue to lose.
I’m less happy that Matthews is back, and more happy that we can finally get Domi off of the center.
He’s a solid winger, but he’s an ACTIVE detriment to the team when he’s forced to play center. Which seems to be all the time since our centers keep getting hurt.
Try Domi beside him for a few games, if that doesn’t work, then trading Domi should be the biggest priority for this team.
Well he has been out for a few weeks now and has had time to think about his game. So I am very excited to see how he ups his fashion game for the rink arrival.
