Chicago Bears vs Philadelphia Eagles | Week 13 Game Preview
I know you don’t usually watch NFL football on the day after Thanksgiving. I know this, but I’m going to get you high on football the day after you eat all that turkey cuz it’s Friday. A lot of you don’t have a job if you’re lucky and you have it off, of course. And hopefully you don’t have sh or stuff to do and you can sit back and watch the 8 and3 Philadelphia Eagles host the 8 and3 Chicago Bears who have knocked four straight teams the football out most in the final scene just like Craig. Fourth down 28 seconds left. They need six yds. Rudolph throws and it’s tipped in the line of scrimmage. It’s over. Call them the Chicago MacGyvers. Every episode, the how changes. One week they use a chocolate bar to stop an acid bomb. The next they’re pulling in a radio signal with a paperclip and a knife. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to work until it does again. Their win over Pittsburgh week 12, their eighth in their last nine, each with its own unique plot twist. Rudolph is set. Ball’s out. Ball’s out. Ball is rolling around. Who’s got it? And the Bears secure it. Philadelphia isn’t taking on a defense with dominant numbers on any front save one. Giving up 26 a game, only six teams allowing more points. Only four secondaries giving up a higher completion percentage. Only five allowing more yards per attempt. Only two have allowed more TD passes. Only two defenses have allowed more yards per carry on the ground. And yet here they are on top of the NFC North at 8 and3 cuz they do one thing better than anybody. Say it with me. Bear down. Takeaways. Rudolph to throw it. Looking for a big play sideline and it’s intercepted. They picked off Mason Rudolph once. They lead the league in interceptions. Recovered a fumble. Have third most of those. Most takeaways in the biz with 24. taking on the offense that’s turned it over fewer times than any team. A quarterback that’s only thrown one interception all year. That’s a Craig Debo if I’ve ever seen one. Herz loading up, going deep. Devonte Smith comes back and gets it. Oh, Devonte Smith on a beautiful throw. Two of Philadelphia’s six giveaways this season did just take place. And they played a role in a second half points outage versus Dallas that left them with 21 points. And it’s an offense that’s had a harder time coming up with digits than Mikey from Swingers. Under 22 points in three straight games. Under 21 in five of their last seven. It’s the guys you don’t see coming from behind with the punch out. Saquon Barkley not only lost that fumble, he had yet another. You still look tired from that 2K Super Bowl winning business as a runner. Anyway, 10 attempts, only 22 yards, 2.2 a carry, sub 3.3 per run in three of his last four, under 3.4 per carry. Seven of 11 games now. And there is not much there. He’s going to lose a run, lose a yard, excuse me, with Quinnon Williams. The last two good games he’s had down low versus the Giants, who have one of the worst run defenses in football. their neighbor, the Bears. 5.2 yards per carry allowed to runners. That’s 30th. Gave up 186 rush yards to the Steelers. That’s not usually their thing. 92 to Kenneth Gainwell when he turned a fake tush push into a 55 yd gain. Kenneth Gainwell, the speed lunging to the pylon. It’s a given they’ll have to face that pushing of the tush again. Hurt scored twice last week. led the team with 33 rush yards, too. Herz designed run up the middle he goes. Jaylen Herz still going. He’s in. Touchdown. Herz had what you’d consider a get-ri game versus Dallas. 289 yds passing, over 7 yardds per attempt. No int one touchdown, a 99 rate, 110 of his yards. And the touchdown went to AJ Brown. Now maybe he’ll be as happy as he is when he runs on his treadmill. Herz throwing endzone. AJ Brown touchdown Eagles. Devonte Smith 89 yds rebounded from that 8-yd showing versus Detroit. Hurts over the middle and that’s complete to Devonte Smith. Another first down for the Eagles. Tight end Dallas Goddard just 20 yardds in their loss to the Star. Barkley more effective as a receiver than runner. 52 yards on seven catches. Saquon Barkley. No one’s home. Barkley head of steam. First down and more. And he’s out of bounds. Herz only got sacked once by Dallas. was pressured at a higher than average rate. Bears pass rush isn’t sitting on a ton of bags, but Montes Sweat can’t be ignored. Two sacks of Rudolph. He’s made it home five of his six games. Montes Sweat in a one-on-one with Darnell Washington. Beautiful sack. Great job by Montes Sweat. That brings us to Caleb Williams who only took one sack versus Pittsburgh to TJ Watt in the end zone who strip sacked him for a Pittsburgh TD. loses the ball. Oh, and the Steelers jump on top of it. It’s a touchdown. Tracking Caleb down, though, has not been easy. Has only happened more than twice in a game, twice all year. The guy has turned into the master of the escape room. Used many of those escape jobs versus Pittsburgh to put up 239 yards, three touchdowns, no picks, a nice 104 rate. Oh, the rush is on. Williams does get rid of it to DeAndre Swift. No interceptions in his last four. only has three 100 plus rate games because he’s completed less than 60% of his passes in seven of his last eight games. Imagine when he starts minimizing the number of offtarget throws he makes because even with that holding him back, Chicago is averaging 26 points a game, eighth most hung 31 on the Steelers. Caleb puts the ball perfectly on time. That is a quarterback and his receiver in sync. And now Williams gets a Philadelphia secondary that just gave up 354 yards to Dak Prescott. Two touchdowns, close to 10 yards per attempt, a rating allowed over 100. Third down. Prescott going to launch it. Going deep. CD Lamb makes the catch. They did get their hands on one of Dak’s balls and that showing wasn’t in line with how they’ve played other quarterbacks. And the 24 points they gave up, four more than their season average, too. Is he going to get there? Gets a block. Prescott flies in. Touchdown. Eagles offensive turnovers playing a role in those 24 points. It’s an offense eighth in scoring versus the team eighth in scoring defense. Didn’t get much from their pass rush. Only made it to Prescott once and their DBs struggled with George Pickkins. Gave up over 140 yards and a touchdown to him. Gave up 75 yards to CD Lamb. and should have been more, but he dropped three passes, won a TD chance. They lost DB’s Reed Blankenship and Adore Jackson to injury, too. Keep an eye on the injury reports. Harder to cover Luther Burden, Rome, and DJ Moore without them. DJ scored twice versus Pittsburgh 64 downfield. Open man touchdown DJ Moore. Rome added 53 yds to the pot. Williams sets, throws wide open, makes the connection to Odun. Nine targets, only three catches. Burton 46 yds. Lot of traffic. Burton creates after the catch and Burton is dumped inside the 30. The clock is moving. The rookie has seen more targets his last three games compared to earlier in the season. Same is true of Coloulston Loveland, the tight end rookie looking more the part of number 10 pick as of late. 49 yds versus Pittsburgh. Four receptions and a TD. Williams throws it and it’s caught for the touchdown. Loveland. Philadelphia’s secondary gave up 60 yards to tight end Jake Ferguson, too. Their front let Javvante Williams go for 87 yardds, 4.4 a carry. Good home for Javvante Williams into Eagles territory. Bears rush attack usually front and center in their game plan. Who leads the way can vary. DeAndre Swift was quiet versus the Steelers. Caleb ran for 21 yards. Kyle Manungi scored 48 yards on four a carry. Manungai, he’s a hammer. Touchdown Bears. Philadelphia has taken the Bears in six straight four playoff faceoffs over the years. In theory anyway, was hard to tell if it was really them in that 1988 game. Illinois poet Carl Sandberg wrote, “The fog creeps in on little cat feet. In moments, Soldierfield was shrouded in an eerie thick mist. Under pressure and a smothering blanket of fog in a game where announcers couldn’t announce, coordinators couldn’t coordinate, and fans couldn’t see, the Bear defense made the plays that had to be made. You can get ground all you want, but you got to hold him to a field goal. You don’t want to let him in the end zone. There’s the snap now to Cunningham on first and 10 with no huddle. He fired the left side and it’s intercepted, I believe. Intercepted by the Bears and returned downfield. I can’t see. I cannot see him. I wonder if it’s Mo Douglas. It is Mo Douglas. Mo Douglas with the football who comes across the field through the fog with the football in his left arm. You know, actually, if Mike Dicka had come across the field with the ball, we could have assumed he intercepted him. Chicago was one victory away from Super Bowl 23. Hey, let’s go. N Let’s go.

You cannot say this audio is not created by AI anymore
Bears haven't played any good teams like the Eagles. Especially at home and coming off of a brutal loss, I don't see the Eagles losing this game. I'd say 27-21 Eagles win
Both teams are 8-3 Are battling the Rams for 1st place in the NFC
I got Chicago picking up a huge statement win against the Eagles in Philadelphia
Bears by a million

Twas a great friendship between us Bears fans
Edmunds still on IR and Edwards is questionable, but it's looking like we're getting Jaylon and Kyler back on Friday. Also, Stevenson might not play which means more playing time for Nayshon Wright, and with the way he's been playing that's absolutely fine with me lol. I like Stevenson, but he seems to be the type of player who gives up if things aren't going his way. The Jay Cutler syndrome, if you will.
Eagles are Battle Tested with hardest schedule of opponents " and still we rise at 8 – 3 ". Defending World Champs……..Go Birds..
Is this actually the NFL
Everyone is going to see I am a Packer fan and just think I am hating on the Bears. But I dont see anyway the Bears win this game. Eagles D had a rough game vs Dallas last week. But before that they gave up 7 and 9 to the Packer and Lions, AND a "bad" game for the Eagles D was giving up 24 points. Eagles O has struggled, but Bears D is ranked, statistically, as a bottom 10 D and now they have so many injuries this week on D. Eagles should be able to run the ball at will. And to top of off…. it in Philly. I just dont see ANYWAY the Bears win. Now, if the Bears do somehow win…. every and any doubter will have to eat their words and say the Bears are the real deal. I will be the first to lead the charge and say the Bears are the real deal if they somehow win.π¦
After last game it's a coin toss.
This is gonna be tough for Chicago this week but I have confidence in them! Hope we can sneak another win and improve to 9-3!! Lets go!!! π» β¬οΈ

Chicago bears 55 Philadelphia eagles 16
Bears win by a field goal. Thats my prediction
Bears fan here – I wouldnβt be mad if we tied. Been cheering for the Eagles all season. Also, please fire Kevin P.
If the Eagles dont blow a 14pt 4th quarter lead and a 21pt 1st half lead theyd be 10-1 despite not playing well all year; the league better be worried if they go into the playoffs locked on and healthy
As a bears fan, this game makes me very nervous. Eagles are a tough opponent
A rank I'm actually with u for once .Bears 24- 17
People must not know about the Bears and Eagles alliance π»π€π¦
