Jays are owned by Rogers, the richest owner in the MLB, they don't care about the money, they just want to win. There will be many more "over pays" coming the blue Jays way this off season. They just want to win and will be the Dodgers North
That signing may cause havoc on the Starting pitching market. It set a high market for a pitcher who had a rough yr.
The Jays' defense metrics (one of the best in MLB), behind Cease and almost 12 strikeouts per 9, I'll take that every day!
Imai isn’t getting more than $25 mil per season. No track record.
BJs are ruining baseball
Jays fan here..we like this deal money means nothing rogers is loaded so doesn't matter
This just means that Bo Bichette will not return to the Blue Jays. Cause there is no way they can now afford him
Come on, man! A million a game for a 5-inning pitcher that is erratic. And for 7 years. He will be pitching in a hitters' park.
Giants signing zito and cueto to those contracts gives Giants owner ship ptsd
