    Theyre already talented enough clearly, but its encouraged because they have no morals. they know what theyre doing and theyre masters at it.

    Wake up 7:30

    Practice facial expressions of agony in the mirror 1hr

    Go to arena

    Watch the trainer pretend to get hit and roll to the floor 30mins

    Repeat what you just saw with a partner – preferably a good 7’ away 1hr

    Head flick like someone just hit you in the face and alternate like someone hit you in the back. 30mins each side.

    Pleading class – Learn to look at trainer wearing striped shirt and force a little tear in your eye, while holding different parts of your body. 30mins upper body, 15min lower body.

    Deep meditation hour – lay on the floor, like the victim thrown through the windshield of a car and make light chanting sounds of oooooowwww, oooowwwww while holding your head.

    Light lunch to prepare for flopping on floor like a fish, afternoon class.

    Anyone caught saying they want to play like Dante today (broken nose, but getting back out there) will have their floppers elbow braces taken away, so that can find out just how hurty the floor can be.

  19. Meanwhile on defense Hartenstein is constantly holding off ball players by the hips. A few years ago I was interested how great OKC could get, but not like this. Not by playing by a different set of rules. They have all the talent to be a great team without ghe foul theatrical performances they put on.
