Is he seen as 2B or CF going forward?
It’s prospects like these why I don’t see Stearns giving out a super long term deal to a free agent. The exception is if they are 26/27.
He’s a really good prospect but does not have the raw power to hit the ball the other way for extra bases so I’d like to see them get him to pull the ball more often. I know they were working on this with him and Benge this past year and hopefully both will show improvements going forward.
This is the best our farm has ever been in the last like 30 or 40 years imo. A guy as good as Ewing not even being good enough to crack our top 5 on most lists is crazy.
Ewing was our supplemental pick for losing deGrom.
