But yeah, this year has flown by, dude. Like, the fact that Thanksgiving is over and now it’s almost December getting crazy. Yeah, I’m watching on Prime. So, I will be behind the screen. Unfortunately, that’s how it works. But here’s the group standings. This is a big game. So, Heat look like they’re going to be advancing and then it’s the Knicks or the Bucks. So, whoever wins this game will move on to the knockout round. So, very big game tonight. Bucks won the NBA Cup last year if I’m not mistaken. I know the Lakers won the the first year of this NBA Cup. So, the Bucks trying to defend their their NBA Cup championship. They sent me a new pair of shoes today for Christmas since I’m a veteran. Nice, dude. That’s awesome, dude. Hey, nothing is better than free shoes. Nothing is better than free shoes because shoes are very expensive nowadays. Let’s talk about the lineups cuz we got a big name back on the court. His name is Giannis Ant Takmpo. He is back with the Bucks. Missed the last four games for Milwaukee, but he is back in the starting lineup today. Ryan Rollins, the point guard for the Bucks. Shooting guard is Gary Trent. Small four is AJ Green. Giannis onto Takmpo is the power forward and Miles Turner is the center. They are without uh Prince and Porter. The Knicks dealing with some injuries and on that side of things as well. Jaylen Brunson starting point guard. Shooting guard is Miles McBride. Deuce Josh Hart small forward. Power four is Mikuel Bridges and Carl Anthony Towns is the center. They are without OG Anobi still dealing with is it the hamstring? I think OG’s dealing with the hammy and Shamut is now out for a while too. Sham got hurt. He’s going to miss I think four weeks or get re-evaluated in four weeks. But their shooter off the bench, Shamut, is out. So, this is going to be a tossup game, man. This is going to be a tossup game. What’s up, the truth? We’re without Michael Porter Jr. and Cam Thomas, but the Suns have upgraded uh Grayson Allen from out to daffel. Okay. Well, that’s still that he’s still probably going to miss, but this should be a good game. And Knicks are back home in MSG. So, yeah, the Knicks are 8-1 in Madison Square Garden. I’m going to go with I’m gonna go with the Knicks to take this one. I think it’s going to be a very close game. I think the spread is five and it’s seven and a half. Wow. I would take the Bucks on the points. I would take the Bucks to cover the seven and a half, but I got the Knicks winning this game. I think it’s going to be pretty high scoring. So, let’s break down both these teams in case you want to get a little insight on how both these basketball teams operate. The Knicks are sixth in the NBA in points scored. Bucks are 19th. Field goal percentage, the Bucks are fourth in the NBA. The Knicks are 15th. Free throw percentage, the Bucks are the worst free throw team in the league. The Knicks are 10th. Three-point percentage, the Bucks are second. The Knicks are 11th. Three points made per game. The Bucks are fourth. The Knicks are third. So, we’re going to see a lot of threes in this game. Assistwise, both teams are right there. Ninth and 11th, respectfully. The Knicks are ninth, the Bucks are 11th. And then on the defensive side of things, the Knicks are the eighth best team in the NBA. The Bucks are the 28th. Turnovers per game, the Knicks are third, the Bucks are eighth. Block shots per game, Knicks are 20th, Bucks are 21st. They’re tie at four and a half per game. and the assist to turnover ratio. Knicks are seventh, Bucks are 11th. So, pretty even other than the rebounding, pretty even on the defensive side of things. Um, the Bucks though, best field goal or they’re fourth in field goal, second in three-point percentage, so they shoot the ball well, just not from the free throw line. But, I’m still taking the Knicks. I think that home core has something to do with it as well. When they’re in MSG, they seem like they’re just a different team. Cruz going with 115 to 112. The Knicks are second as we speak because of the point differential, but it doesn’t matter cuz whoever wins this game will move on to the knockout round in the NBA Cup. Should be a fun one, man.
