NHL Highlights | Flames vs. Panthers – November 28, 2025

Florida. It’ll be the Backland Trio drawing the assignment against Sam Bennett. Glender with us today from Sunrise minus the goalender as Devin Kulie gets the start. Panthers, they’re missing a whole slew of players. Here’s Rodriguez in by the D. He shoots and scores. First shot, first goal for the Panthers who lead it one- nothing. yesterday and it’s a turnover right there. Hoover turns that puck over, gets his stick tipped and it’s Reinhardt over to Rodriguez and this is not the start the Calgary Flames needed. Tough break on the wall. They find themselves down one- nothing to start. Bennett locates at center ice. He’s tied up though as Morgan Frost got right in there. AJ Greer coming into a run to ban it. Deep shoot. Scores. The Panthers go back to back and they’re up two nothing quickly. Kevin Pulley on this again. It’s a turnover. Calgary Flames have the puck and then it’s a line change. You see right at the top of your screen, Kevin Ball goes off, but Anderson’s left all alone and it’s a twoon one. And then Bennett’s just got way too much time. And you can see right there, Steve. Now ball playing it in the corner. Michael Bwood returned to Kevin Ball. His shot stopped by Terasov. Anderson in front. A point blank look. And Terasov had one hand down the shaft. And here’s the opportunity. Anderson joining in. Nice little back hand to Zeri Marian trying to make a move to the inside. Good stick work there from Kousnets to break it up and he’ll advance this into the Panther zone. His shot scores. Yan Kousnets first NHL goal and the Flames are on the board in Sunrise. Well, good things happen when you shoot the puck, get your D to jump up. This all starts with a nice rinkwide pass by Blake Pullman. Watch this tape to tape pass up comes Kets off. And that that’s just a shot to Lily ice. And I would have to think Terosoft doesn’t see that as Ketsov’s going to use the defenseman as a screen. And that just beats him clean. Two feet off the ice. And out of a crowd. Back cuts behind Terasov. Back taking a look. Hazeri goes to the point. Weer shoots. Scores. McKenzie Weaguer first of the season against his former team and he ties it up at two. This is a shot from distance. There’s all kinds of travel. This all starts with Michael Backland. Watch this pass right through the slot. That gives Weaguer all kinds of time to walk in and just let it go. But watch the work Coleman’s doing in front of the net. He’s going to get right in the eyes. Jumps. Gets some good air on that jump as well as Weaguer. It’s been an eventful one. Panthers scored in their first two shots, but the Flames respond. Jones tipped it. Great save. And the puck still free. Oh, what a stop by Deon Now 40 seconds left in the Calgary kill shoots. That one blocked in front. No second chance off the bodies. Vhagi sets up. Lendell. Stopped by Kie. Backhander reaches Kulie off the plate of Samoskevich. Now it’s turned over right down the pipe. is stopped. Point blank and he’s lost. He’s an interesting guy and musician as well, but like I said, he’s been a great story in this young season for the Calgary Flames. Puck reaches him, but it’s a carryover power play. 32 seconds remaining in the five on three. Returns to Cadri. Anderson one-time stop. Rebound. Frost scores. Morgan Frost on the power play gives the Flames a one-goal lead. Anderson with the big blast from the point there, but a slow puck movement. Then they decide a little kicker puck movement. Get the puck down low and that’s a nice pass from Hubo that starts it off. Padre just puts it on a T for Anderson and then Frost parked right in front does a nice job. There’s the screen and because of that Teras he kind of juggles that puck again because of the traffic because of the screen. Steadied out Anderson has a pad for the net. Curls around couldn’t find the handle to beat Terasov who just got there with the right pad. What a wraparound attempt by Rasmus Anderson. Gets to the front of the net and Anderson just missing on that wrapound as Calgary now leads by one. Goes right back after the Panthers to keep it in the Calgary zone. Cunning was alone in front. This one bobbled. Divine shot was stopped by the left pad of Deon Culie. Heck plan. And there is Rasmus Anderson to take that one away. And now three flames on the rush. Threeon-one Cherovich over Cadry. And that one graze the post here this afternoon in Florida. Cadrey just grazing the side of the post. Cadre will get fresh legs out there. Hubo in the corner comes up with the puck. Plays it in front. Terasov a stop on Coronado who had a good look. Jonathan Hubedo going to make a clever little play here. Watch this little backhand pass to Cornado who gets hit. Cry down on the ice. Fairy finds it to Anderson. Holds now shoots. Tim Cry scores causing Cadry breaks out of a 10ame goal is slump and gives Calgary a twogoal lead. And it all starts from behind the net. It’s another battle won by the Calgary Flames. And the puck’s going to end up going back to the point. Fabby puts it right back. And because of that little fake by Rasmus Anderson. You’ll see it here in the top of your screen. Farby does the right thing. Right back to the point. And then look at this hand eye right there from Grey. He gets that uses what he had 16. His good buddy. Yeah. Rasmus Anderson has just been on a tear lately. He’s one point shy of 250 in his NHL career. Three Panthers moving through the middle now. Two crossing the line. Finished shot right on and a stop with finding the rebound to cover in the first period. He hasn’t looked back since then. And right here off the rush for the first of the labor in the American Hockey League with a guy like Panthers turn it around here. Here’s Bennett. Hot shot stopped by Kulie. Look where he finishes way out of that blue paint. Player got tons of skill and that’s a dangerous shot. And right on the tape for Reinard. Took a bump from Pal and then Lundell got up into Hanley’s face without touching the puck yet. They jam the net and Kie able to hold his ground now. For Pors shot that’s wide of the blocker side and Hanley engaged to play that off the bank to Hubo holding line. Coronado from Cadric. Coronado going out in front and trying to Panthers trying to throw more at that Flames net. Coronado back the other way. His shot stopped by Terasov who pokes it ahead. Just a back and forth affair. Panthers again. Marian scores. beats Kulie and it’s a onegoal hockey game drops back on right past stop moves the other way they don’t stay out it came down and made a stop now had redirected rear right through the slot Nikola for HGY Jones stop rebound. He gets up into the air again. Swatted by Coronado and Hubo. Farabby around Mulov and Cadry dancing his way in. Cadry stopped by Terasov as Cadri was hoping to put the icing on this one. He gets a nice opportunity. Watch Sharon goer who’s going to do the right thing. Stops right in front of the net. Sharon go. Marian keeps it in. Bouncing puck is shot. It’s blocked. Panthers have it. Finished shot stopped by Kulie over to the side and what a play in tight by Sharon go might have saved a goal. Flames trying to get out to the puck with the empty net. They’ll score. Joel Farby his 100th NHL goal into the empty net will secure the victory. This is a big goal but down low just some big plays. Weaguer with the shot block there. Kulie with the save and there’s that play in front of the net play. And then Calgary battles to get that puck out of the zone. Fabby from Calgary and that’s bench. So now down two. Of course Florida’s going to go all in but off of Samic. Stopped by Looks solid there. And the Flames will get their second comeback win of the season since the first game. And they’ll snap this the losing streak. It is a 53 win.

Nazem Kadri had a goal and two assists and Rasmus Andersson had two assists as the the Calgary Flames beat the Florida Panthers in Sunrise.

  1. На третий период я думал вьійдет Бобровский . Ето же бьіло очевидно что Тарасова нужно бьіло менять.

  2. Flames now have a Goaltending controversy . Do you start the little Wolf (franchise Goalie) who has lost his confidense or go with Cooley ?
The other controversy is upper management is now lying to its fan case on how their 5 year rebuild plan is going to work. Stay turned….
