I'm sure we've all heard this saying with 2 strikes; choke it up or shorten the swing or protect the plate. It seems like I hear a lot about how the league is selling for power even with 2 strike counts. Now that we had Bat Tracking data since 2024, I thought I'd share the entire league-wide stats from the sample of 2 seasons. It does seem like the 2-strike approach is still a thing.
