The Ducks are currently the only team in the Pacific division with a goal differential above 0

The rest of the division is surviving on OT loss points. After beating the Kings yesterday we had 4-5 more wins than everyone else close and only led by 2 points.
Also frustrating seeing all the teams behind the Ducks with so many OT losses and just being a couple points back (even with the Ducks having one fewer game played than LA and Vegas). Just no margin for error.
I hope ducks can win the two back to back games and get a 4 point boost. If they are a playoff contending team they should beat the Blackhawks that have lost 5 in a row and the blues which have struggled alot. These should be easy wins if they are beating teams like the kings and golden nights. However there is no Dostal and the Defense can be iffy at times. Also seems they struggled with spencer knight the last time they played and couldn’t score a lot. Lets go Ducks!
It really pisses me off that we’re the only team above “true” .500 (and are 6 wins above it) and are the only team to actually outscore opponents, and somehow we’re fucking tied for first place.
Oilers at -14 is fucking insane. I know they usually slouch in the first few months of the season, but this is another level of non-existent defence.
For the amount we’ve scored, this just shows how awful our defense is honestly.
