Tomlin having Arthur smith as his OC gives me pause about him tbh
The most expensive defense in the NFL gave up the most rushing yards EVER put up in their home stadium. He should be fired for that alone.

Coaches decline because they don’t adapt and modernize. There is a reason why no head coach has won a Super Bowl with multiple organizations. His best years are behind him. Giants going after him now is like the giants keeping coughlin past 2016. Coughlin was not the problem but he wasn’t the solution either. Same goes for Tomlin.
