Fastest Two Goals In Ducks History Against Blackhawks
top 10 in the league in points and assists. And in the first month of November, he was the number three star of the week. The same week that Connor Bedard was the number two star of the week. And it’s going to be a fun one because the Hawks, unlike Anaheim’s previous opponent, they like to open it up, too. So, there could be a lot of scoring chances in this game. And Carlson Baddard started off going headto-head. A little tap on the shin pad from Connor Baddard for Leo Carlson. And we are underway. The referees for this afternoon’s contest are Brandon Blandina Gore Dwire. The linesman are Steve Barton and Ryan Jackson. Ducks on a nice rush in and they score. Cutter Goce with the finish on a twoon one. And just like that, the Ducks do something they haven’t done much of this year. Score first. It took 15 seconds. It’s only the ninth time, this is their 25th game that Anaheim has opened the scoring and the Blackhawks defense gets caught. And watch this play right there by Carlson. A tap back to Troy Terry and a brilliant pass across to cutter Goce and Goce wastes no time whatsoever. Not much Spencer Knight can do about that. The shot from Goce just inside the short side goal post. He had no chance. 15th of the season at the 15sec mark for Cutter. Terry and Carlson will draw the assists and they extend scoring streaks in the process. For Troy Terry, it’s now points in seven consecutive contests. And Morazzica has been spotted an early lead. It’s one- nothing in Chicago. Spencer Knight wanders out to play this one behind the net and he’ll put it up on the glass. Becket Senica knocks it down quickly to the point for Gutas. his shot off the skate of Jason Dickinson in behind the net. Walt Kaiser picks it up and moves it away for the Hawks. And a subdued United center as we get an icing call here against the Hawks. The fans hadn’t really sat down from the never gets old national anthem and they find that the home team is down a goal. Oh, the execution on that rush and the pass from Troy Terry. We’ve talked about this Hawks defense in the past, John. They’ve got some monsters back on the blue line. Blic and Crebier, big men. But you know what that means? It means that triangle, the distance between their feet and the heel of their stick is also big. And that’s what Troy Terry targeted with that pass. So Joe Pendle gets that line right back out there and they score again as Zelwinger is able to convert the rebound of a Terry shot right off the faceoff. We have not played a minute. It’s two nothing Anaheim. What a start for Anaheim. Right from the faceoff, Olan Zelwiger activates and it’s another one draw for the Ducks. There’s the shot. Big fat rebound left by Knight. Joe Quinnville’s been encouraging his defense to activate to get down close to the opposing goal crease. It started, he said, halfway through the last game against the Los Angeles Kings where they were doing it on a more consistent basis. So, the two goals inside the first minute here, the two fastest goals to start a game in Anaheim Ducks history.

To be completely honest, that’s pretty slow to be a franchise record lol
Anaheim is a nice team this year , however they should be penalized 2 minutes for that uniform every time they suit up in it
As a blues fan, this brings back memories in pittsburgh
Not big enough to brag about.
