Powerplay is too easy to defend. Puck movement looks good because Florida is happy to let them pass around the perimeter. No attacking the net, no shooting, no penetration to the front.

I hope McMann has found a role. He should not be more than a third liner on a consistent basis.
I know they haven’t had the best season, but I really like Roy and Joshua and it looks like they may have found their game

When you guys picked up Stecher off waivers from my oilers, I wrote a scouting report here for you guys. Let me know how I did:
“Oilers fan here. This fanbase and city loves Troy. He 100% can play a 3rd pair role in the NHL. The Oilers simply had too much depth at D to give him that shot. But if you wanna know if Troy is trusted in Edmonton, jus look at us inserting him in the playoffs and being happy with the results.
Troys a gamer. Pure hustle. Pure heart. Small but you’ll respect him cause he will never back down to a bigger opponent. He’ll step up and try to put that bigger opponent on his ass. Fast and quick. Can be surprisingly dynamic with the puck on his stick. He will up the battle level of the leaf’s. Defensive warts also relatively rare for a player in his role.”
Fucking Florida wins back to back cups and their barn is still half empty in the regular season 😂
