Shoots and it’s gloved by Smith. Gains control of the puck. Fernier carries back out then shoots. Deflected wide by Zabanagad. Stars able to move it back into the Ranger zone. Just Sturken waiting. Stars lost Tyler Sean early. He has not returned to their bench. Now he had a jab for Paner and shoot. Saved by Des Smith. First one goes off the backside of Braden Schneider and then it goes back once again, but it’s all set up with really good puck movement as copying the ankle gets it through. Now I’m not sure that that didn’t clip and I think that’s probably a sentiment that we expected from the head coach. All right, thanks very much John. One-1 game. Troche and I think that’s exactly what they’ve been doing for two periods. They’ve been a very smart, aggressive Ranger hockey club for 40 minutes. All right, third period underway. Up the boards for Marorrow and Beck steps in front of him and he clears the puck out. Ranges with Radish, Brazinski, Lava, Shiri, and Marl. Saved by the Smith on Lava. 13 minutes to go in the third. Savannah out to Panera near side. Zanag fires and the Smith moving from left to right. Makes the stop. Bard next man on it for Gabricov has room deflected off the post by Carrick. The redirect by Carrick off the left goal post. Blocked off by Wyatt Johnston. And now Hasten in finds Lindell. Held in by the skate of Miller. Then taken away by Johnston. Twoonone with Rantin. Johnston moving in. Feeds Rantin who scores. This is just bad luck. JT Miller gets to the puck and stops but just can’t reach it. Wyatt Johnson now has a nice job getting over there but just can’t control it and Johnson Gavick goes down and that guy has had an awful lot of experience Randon when he played nine years with McKinnon that puck gets right into the wheelhouse picked off by Zabat Rangers quickly up ice here’s Laford with a shot saved by Smith and Ron and clears the puck out now Zabanagette throws it into the corner for Will Kohley. Back behind the net, Lafernier and then out to Panaran. Panaran quick shot deflected saved by the Smith. Kulie scores. Will Kulie ties the game at two. [Applause] All starts with a faceoff win in possession. And the Rangers JT Miller off the draw. So the Rangers now possession. Savannah does a pretty good job here keeping it alive, right? Strong on the puck is around the boards. It continues to go around the boards. Koulie gets it. Oh boy. Off the left pad of Casey to Smith. And we talked about he having dinner with his buddy Wyatt Johnson looking for some goal dust. Well, that’s exactly what happens here. The Rangers deserve the fate that they have with how hard they’ve worked all night. Here’s Troche met by Labushkin down to 5 seconds and we are headed to overtime season. There’s Mico Rantin who gave the Stars a two to one lead. Rangers start with Miller Trocheek and Borggan. Now Zabanette is a jacket. Back out for Tammy Panaran. Panaran shoots. Kicked out. Rebound score with the overtime winner. [Applause] This is one that this team who won deserve to win. What a job in the middle of the ice. Controls the puck. Controls the puck. Opens up the ice to the net. And then a fadeaway backhand chipper by Vlad Gabberov. If you had him in the threeon-ree pool, that was a darn good choice as the Rangers win in overtime. Wow. [Music]

Artemi Panarin had a pair of assists as the New York Rangers battled back late, with Will Cuylle scoring the tying goal to send it to overtime, where Vladislav Gavrikov tucked home the OT winner of a shot from Panarin.
