You know it’s just a matter of time and we talk about the irrelevance of spring training statistics and performance and he really scuffled throughout spring training. But the lights are on. It’s time to go and he’s going. Well, an opportunity with one out for Kyle Tucker infield about halfway and that is hammered right field way back. Forget it. Kyle Tucker will touch them all. A threerun homer and the Cubs lead it six-2. Bang. Yeah, he took a swing at that one like he knew it was coming. And that’s I’m really enjoying watching him hit because sometimes he’s really patient. I mean laying off two really tight pitches and then he gets one he can handle. One and one at Mundo Sosa Boyd the pitch and a little flare into right field and that’ll fall for a hit. Tucker will pick it up quickly. Fired a second tag out at second. Kyle Tucker cuts down at Mundo Sosa trying to turn it into a double. That was gorgeous. French horn or something. Pitch in for a strike to Cody Bellinger who’s homered not once but twice. Drilled to right field. Tucker back back some more. jumps and he caught it. Little payback. Good grief. So, it wasn’t PCA, it was Kyle Tucker and he robs Bellinger of what would have been his third homer. It would have been his first three homer game of his career. Great grab by Tucker. Hooks it in the air to left field and a sliding catch by Kyle Tucker. Easy. That was sick. Kyle Tucker now with the Cubs enjoying a great season and enjoying a great catch. The way towards right. Tucker into a slide and he makes the catch. Did it in left in the Allar game and he does it in right today. Two outs here in the second. Yeah, you know that wall could be trouble over there and so had to slide for this one anyways and just good defense. I love the face on Eco, too. It’s like, did you know? Did you know there’s Tucker making a sliding catch? He can go out there with his bull blow on and make the catch. Let’s play King Tuck. Fly ball right field. Tucker and up against the wall. Threw him a little bit of a sinker. That didn’t help. The Cubs pull this off a couple times. Fine’s got to be getting frustrated with as many stolen bases as he’s allowed here tonight. Well, they catch the baseball in the Chicago Cubs. We talked about how good the infield is. Their outfield is solid also. Well, they have gold glove winners everywhere. Tucker with a drive to center. Perkins going back. He looks up. It’s gone. Is that the knockout blow that sends this series to a fifth game? Kyle Tucker with his first extra base hit of the postseason and it’s 5 nothing. You haven’t seen a lot of slug from Tucker since he came back from the injury. So that’s a welcome sign for the Cubs.
