[Music] And here we go. Could a Giannis Antthony Koopo Heat trade be heating up? I think the chances of a trade for Giannis have gone up drastically over the past couple of weeks. Things in Milwaukee are absolutely barreling in on disaster. They have lost eight of their last nine games, includes a sevengame losing streak, and they just lost to the horrible Washington Wizards. They are 9 and13 on the year. They are 11th in the Eastern Conference. And what did I say all offseason long? I thought Giannis was going to get traded this off season because the Bucks team was horrible. They waved Damen Lillard. They try to put a band-aid on a full-on artery cut by going out and getting Miles Turner. They have no future. They have no draft capital. That team is not going to improve. And it is only a matter of time until Jiannis says, “You guys stink. This is not a good organization. It never has been. I am the only reason why this organization’s been irrelevant in the last 20 years. I’m done.” And I think the time is brewing and I think it’s going to happen until the now and the trade deadline in early February. And I promise you one thing folks, if the Heat did trade for Giannis, we would be going live and we’ll have you updated every news trade rumor there is. So subscribe and turn on notifications. I mean, is there anything more damning than these quotes from Giannis Antidmpo? Nobody should have a personal agenda. Nobody should worry about what they want from themselves. worry about winning mentality, winning mindset. The more we can win the games, the more everything takes care of itself. Can I make an excuse that we’ve played a lot of games and guys are tired and it’s a huge load on people? Yeah, I can also make this an excuse that it’s human nature when KPJ and myself goes down. It’s human nature to think you got to carry a load. Excuse me. But that’s not how you win games. That’s not how you build culture. I mean, it feels like he’s fed up with the team in Milwaukee. He’s fed up with the organization. I mean, just on Tuesday, Giannis wiped his Instagram of anything Bucks related except for the NBA Cup where they won and the NBA Finals that they won. And if you actually go on Twitter as of filming this, he has deleted every single tweet he has had from now until 2021. Like it feels like he is soft launching a trade request. Really do. It really feels that. And I’ll say one thing folks. If Giannis becomes available, you absolutely know with a thousand% certainty that the Heat are going to try to trade for Giannis. And I think Giannis would be interested in Miami. There was a report in September, I think, that Giannis contemplated requesting a trade to the New York Knicks this off season, but based on how well Miami has played early this year, you would have to imagine Giannis would be intrigued with the idea of joining the Heat. I think the five most likely outcomes if Giannis is actually dealt are the Heat, Knicks, Nats, Spurs, and Mavs. All five teams, by the way, have the means to get a Giannis trade done. The Knicks don’t have a lot of draft picks, but if the Bucks were intrigued by getting a combination of like OG and Obi and Carl Towns, then okay. But that’s what it would have to be because they don’t really have any young players or draft picks to send. The Nets can send a gazillion picks. The Spurs can send picks and young talent and the Mavericks can send Anthony Davis if they wanted to. Or they could trade Cooper Flag. I mean, I don’t know if they would do that. I don’t think it would be smart to do that. H I don’t know. Giannis or Cooper flag is tough. We’re not going to go there right now. This is the Mavericks channel by Chat Sports, the Heat channel. Miami, though, has a good blend. They have a couple picks they could send. They have young talent. They have a budding 25-year-old all-star that they can trade. So, we’ll talk about it, folks. They got no future. And if you wipe Giannis Anthony Koopmpo away from that team and just pluck them off, I say, well, they might have a bottom five future in the NBA. But you trade Giannis, you might be able to catapult that future and it might just be the inevitable for the Milwaukee Bucks at this point. Let’s talk about a trade and what it would look like for Miami to acquire Giannis and if it is worth it for the Miami Heat. Well, the contracts make it a little bit interesting because Giannis does make $54 million. So you have to attach big contracts in this deal which means one of Bam, Wiggins or Hero have to be dealt because those are the only three players that make around 2830 million. Now you could use Rosier’s salary but once again the Bucks aren’t going to want expiring money. They’re going to want actual assets and you’re not trading Giannis for Bam. You’re just not like you want to have Giannis and Bam on the same team. So, my trade offer is this, and I think Tyler Herro is the perfect player to be dealt away. He’s 25 years old. He just made an All-Star team. He is from the state of Wisconsin. He’s in He’s He grew up a Bucks fan. He self admitted it. He grew up a Bucks fan and a Heat fan. He’s from the city, grew up a Heat fan. So, he would be the perfect guy to kind of be the face of that organization. But you would also have to send young players as well. Nicole Yoic, I’ll ship him off. He’s been struggling. Khal Wear would be the one that obviously hurts because he’s got a load of talent, but to get a top five player in the NBA still at the age of 30, you make that deal. You also include Simony Fontio to make the salaries match and also get two first round picks in Milwaukee favor here. you get AJ Green back as a shooter and and I think this is something that Heat fans like I gotta be honest if I see one person say this is too much to offer for Giannis Anthony Kmpo I’m going to slap you upside your head because Giannis is I mentioned a multiple multiple time MVP an NBA champion a walking 30 and 10 a night and just think about him in this heat offense because what is Miami’s offense specialize in It specializes in playing quick and playing five out. Attack, collapse the defense, kick, cut, rotate. You don’t think the greatest driver of the basketball in the NBA wouldn’t just absolutely dominate in this offense? Like the space that Giannis would have driving to the rim would be second to none. His ability to collapse a defense and kick out for open three-point shooters where you would have Wiggins, Bam, Powell, DaVon Mitchell, second to none. If you have the chance to acquire a player of Giannis’s caliber, you absolutely do it. And the only way that you can get a trade done with the Milwaukee Bucks to get Giannis in Miami is to offer them your best package. And if they even said, “Hey, listen. We like the package of where hero first Fontakio and Yoic, but can we get Hakez instead of Yovic?” I would do that as well because getting Giannis at his age, at the dominating force he could still play at, it would not only put you in the front of favorites in the Eastern Conference, but would would have you there for the next 5 years plus. I mean, just think about your starting lineup this season. I mean, you’re not changing anything. You’re just taking Hero and replacing him with Giannis and you’re like, “Holy [ __ ] this is the I I I would make the statement that this is a better starting five than the Oklahoma City Thunder.” And that team is currently 19-1 as of filming this, but you have the defensive guard play of Mitchell, the shooting and scoring of Powell, the 3 and D wing defense that Wiggins brings to the table. Bam. top five defender in the league utilizing his three-point ability. But then you add in Giannis, but in this hypothetical, in that trade I had, you would still have Hawz off the bench. You would still have Pel Larson off the bench. You would have AJ Green as that shooter off the bench replacing Simone Fonteio. And even if you swatched Hakez and Yoic and Yoic stayed with you, I don’t think that would matter either. You still keep Casper Yakonis by the way for the future potentially at guard, but if they needed him in that deal, I would send that as well. I just think if this was a trade the Bucks were interested in, and I think this is a better tradeoffer than what the Knicks are giving, would you rather have this trade or would you rather have Carly Towns OG and Obi for a team that’s rebuilding? I would take the first round picks, a 25-year-old all-star and a young ascending center in KL Wear. I mean, sure, the Spurs might be able to top this package, but they would have to send Stefan Castle or Devin Vel, and that’s hard for them to do. Like, I think Miami should be all in on this deal if Giannis was available. Let me know if you would do it. A for accept or D for decline. I mean, does Giannis become a member of the Heat? No. I give it probably a 5% chance which might be a little too high as well but if you if he requests a trade I think Miami is right there and it’s all because of Kel Wear’s blossoming development hero looking good returning from injury. You have two first round picks you can send in 2030 and 2032. And how about the NBA stop [ __ ] us over and figure out the Rosier situation so we can maybe trade a third first round pick.
