If there’s a trade for Giannis that doesn’t absolutely cripple our future we should take it
Keep in mind the pels and bucks will probably both be terrible again next year, which means we could get a second top ten pick out of these trades.
Best case scenario is he gets traded to some other team for a bunch of picks and promising young players that take a bit to develop. Getting two shots at the lottery in ‘26 and a pick in the 5-10 range in ‘27 is better than rushing the timeline and throwing away high potential picks imo.
Giannis would be the best player the hawks have ever had, no disrespect to nique and I can’t compare him to petit. You go get this dude….Trae, Zach, their pick/pelicans pick, more picks, kp, Boosie, the trap museum, and free haircuts at State farm for life for thanasis
The thing is, no way that the Bucks trade him to the Hawks without including JJ…and I’m pretty confident that the Hawks won’t trade JJ for Giannis. Everyone else though would be on the table.
Wasn’t this already released before the season?
I think the hawks trade Jalen for him before the season starts, but with Jalen playing this good and being 8 years younger I don’t think they should give him up, even with how good Giannis is.
Anyone but JJ I’m cool with. They probably don’t want Trae in a rebuild though and I don’t know who else we could package.
Maybe if, we give their organization Lemon Pepper Wet wings we can put them in a food coma, and present them with OO, KP, Risch, and some picks and tell then it’s Trae, JJ, and NAW they’ll be too wingmitzed and sign the trade paper
If we getting Giannis, this will be the new line-up:
Trae/Dyson/JJ/Giannis/OO.
I don’t think we need Giannis with the emergence of Jalen and we can draft AJ/Boozer/Peterson….
