I’m glad the blues took the injury gamble on this one as he was speculative top 10 pick without it. He’s joining the list of blues prospects that are crushing their peers. The question for this 18-22 year old group will be if they can all do well at rhe nhl level. Even if they aren’t superstar talent, the team can build around a lot of cheap cost control if they are all hit.
The other options are they become guys like Alexandrov who tear up the AHL and can’t find their footing on multiple calls ups.
Jiricek landing would be huge as he’s one of 2 blue chip defensemen we have with Lindstein.
