I dunno guys, if we actually start protecting our home ice and playing Sully’s system for 60 minutes a game…we could win a shit ton of 2-1 or 3-2 kind of games.
Valley has been saying it all year – and Brooksie was all off season: this team doesn’t have enough talent to be a pure talent team. However that said, it’s got a lot of talent for a checking/defensive counter strike team.
If Igor can see every puck and on offense we get point shots through into a chaotic net front, this team is in the playoff mix. If we try to out finesse the opponent every night, this team is in the dumpster.
Igor is his best friend and only reason he came here rather than take the extra year from LA.
