Noon Tomorrow – New City Connect uniform announcement?

2. I have negative faith in city connects looking good just on principle so I am a little afraid it’s going to be a downgrade from the current ones (which as far as city connects go are totally fine)

3. How about just making our road greys powder blue?

4. But the Brew Crew unis were already powder blue, which leads me to believe this is a bigger change.

5. In general I’m not a fan of City Connect unis as a whole. Milwaukee’s were actually decent all things considered. Ot was a good color combo despite being lukewarm on the wordmarks and logos. The hat was awful. Something new but in a similar vein would be okay.

6. So I was digging into the origin of the brewers franchise and learned that blue/yellow was kinda an accident. They didn’t have time to change colors when they bought the pilots so they just slapped an m on the hats. They had intended to use the milwaukee braves colors.

   And I learned that the original brewers, dating back before the braves, were referred to as the “creams”. And fucking love that.

   So paying homage to both of those facts, this would be my dream jersey

9. City Connects are released during the season, usually March-May, so these aren’t it.

   One of the core 4 are being retired. I hope to GOD its the alt navy, but I bet its the road grays.
