Trade Rumors ESCALATING… This is INSANE
Trade reports are escalating because why wouldn’t they be? Seems like they always are. But one reporter links one veteran to the Memphis Grizzlies along with some other teams, but only sees them best as a one-year rental, but he’s his name has been floating around for the past 24 to 36 hours. Can it work for the Grizzlies? And what will they have to give up? Well, what’s going on everybody? My name is Jared Altor, bringing you the latest news and updates on everything Memphis Grizzlies related. Just want to shout out y’all for uh doing fantastic. 32% of you are subscribed to the channel. 68% of you have to hit that subscribe button. I mean, hey, it’s free. It’s Thanksgiving. We’re in the holiday spirit. Hopefully y’all are having a wonderful Thanksgiving, wonderful Black Friday, a wonderful weekend of some college hoops or college football, NFL football, whatever you may love. But this is beautiful. This is uh some of the I think maybe one of the best weekends of the year. You got to hit that subscribe button while you can so you never miss another update from us. But one name floating around Memphis Grizzlies Nation is pardon me about that. That is Demar De Rozan. Now the Kings are obviously not a good team this year. They have Sabonis who they may be trying to think about moving Demar De Rozan who’s 36 who’s kind of just a short-term guy looking for a championship squad. But if you’re going to ask me on whether or not the Grizzlies should actually do this trade or if there’s any trade to be dealt with, I don’t believe that the Grizzlies are in a position to do anything simply because they just need to test the guys that they have now. They’re basically kind of trapped is what I’m saying. Like Zack Edi is playing absolutely phenomenal basketball. KCP who’s, you know, who’s going to make shots here or there. Uh, I think he is. Once again, I do think he’s going to be better than what we saw with Orlando last season. Uh, which speaking of Orlando, Desmond Bane, who’s playing absolutely phenomenal. He’s playing out of his mind right now. But could Demard Rosen be like just a one-year rental on some team? Because obviously the Sacramento Kings are not working for him right now, and he is probably looking for another team to do that with. There was actually one trade proposal with Gigi Jackson, KCP and Demar D Rozan and I think a first round pick for the uh Grizzlies. So Grizzlies would receive first round pick D Rozan and the Grizzlies would give up KZP and Gigi Jackson. But would that even be worth it? I mean we still have to play with Ty Jerome, Scotty Pippen Jr. You have to have John Morant get back. Jiren Jackson Jr. playing a little bit better these past couple games, but uh really Zeke’s on a tear. Grizzlies have won four of their last five, beating the LA Clippers as of late. So, is this really something that they have to do? But this is more of the report from Brett Seagull. Out of the three King stars, D Rozan is the most likely to be moved. more teams around the league can absorb his contract and trading for D Rozan will be a desperation move for any playoff team wanting to be a mid-range wanting a mid-range score to help lead their second unit. From the Kings perspective, maybe D Rozan is a contract that could be dumped for them to pursue someone for their future like Jonathan Kaminga or another young dynamic player. So, just a dump and run, I guess. Either way, D Rozan and his contract are basically viewed as a one-year rental, which is why he will have some suitors between now and February. Keep an eye on the Milwaukee Bucks, the LA Clippers, the Miami Heat, Portland Trailblazers, and Memphis Grizzlies as a suitable as suitable destinations, excuse me, for D Rozan. Now, are those teams? Now, I want you to drop your comments in the comments section below. I’ve actually had plenty of opposing fans uh in the comments section uh or even subscribe to the channel maybe even so. But comment below what you think the likely destination is for Demar De Rozan. Personally me out of this list. I’d say, and again, the LA Clippers, they they are I predicted that they they were going to be too old of a team to compete with. And now, I mean, they’re now they’re kind of crashing and burning right now, too. And Demar De Rozan being an LA guy, uh, can very well I can very well see him with the LA Clippers. I’m can say that maybe the Bucks is the more likely destination out of all these teams just because it’d be nice for Giannis to have a bedroom body to be around. I don’t really think you’ll have to give up that much. Although, once again, he’s a one-year rental for any of these teams. And it’s it’s really just a matter of okay, are we one to Rozen away? I always say one Tom Brady away, right? That’s that’s always what it’s been. Who has really won D Rozan away from a championship? I don’t think the Grizzlies are that team. I simply think the Grizzlies need to play with the pieces they have now because they really haven’t. You know, they’ve had injuries and injuries and injuries. They have to play with the players they have now. And honestly, I I don’t think he would really help that much to begin with. I’m not that’s not to say that he’s not great. I know he’s he’s a phenomenal player. He’s been in this league a long time. All those years with the Toronto Raptors with Kyle Lowry just could never get it done. He was basically replaced with Quiet Leonard in that 1819 season whenever the Raptors did win the their first championship in franchise history. But I just don’t think it’d be a good enough fit and I really don’t think it’s worth a trade for the Memphis Grizzlies. If you’re going to ask me, you comment in the comment section below. But also, if you’re going to ask me, I’d say the Grizzlies getting to Rosen, if I’m going to grade the trade, I would probably say that’s somewhere around a C minus. And that’s me being nice right there. So, little bit on the side of the NBA Cup. Zack Edy is playing out of his mind, recording 21 rebounds, eight offensive boards, and the Grizzlies win over the LA Clippers night monster on the glass. This guy, year two, it’s no longer dot dot dot. It is here. Year two, Zack Edy is here. and he’s starting to use that big 7’4 305 lb frame of his to get offensive rebounds, make the game work for himself. And Zack Edy, who is, you know, who is criticized, I mean, he’s been criticized from his years at IMG. I mean, he was a backup center at IMG. He was a late bloomer. Okay, he’s a late bloomer. He’s only been playing organized basketball maybe for like nine years now. But either way, and you know, he’s he’s a Toronto kid. So, I mean, he grew up playing hockey with baseball. He even told his mom, I was like, I could be the tallest pitcher ever in M history. And mom’s like, yeah, you could be. But started to work on basketball and finally came to his senses. He’s a basketball player, not a hockey player, not a baseball player. This guy is a phenomenal basketball player. And we won’t forget on draft night, uh, it was someone from Yahoo Sports, uh, I’m not sure what her name was, but someone from Yahoo Sports giving him a what, a D+, something like that, saying this is one of the worst picks I’ve ever seen, taking this early, taking the at the ninth overall pick. that has obviously uh not only completely flopped but it has just turned the complete opposite direction complete 180 in the other direction. Zack Edy is phenomenal and I think it’s time that the haters start realizing that because everybody was like oh well if he’s he was a foot shorter he’d be working at McDonald’s. I’m like okay but he’s not and he’s actually making his size work for himself. So, credit to Zachi, credit for the Grizzlies, winning four out of the last five, which brings me to the last slide, which is this, the Western Conference where it is right now. Grizzlies getting a little bit better. They’re eight and 12, right behind the Trailblazers, Warriors, Timberwolves, and then you have the teams in the top six. So, I think it’s possible for the Grizzlies to go on a little bit of a run here, like get John back again. It apparently we keep re-evaluating Scotty Pitman Jr. and Ty Jerome, but it’s a little possible for the Grizzlies, excuse me, to get a little heat going, get a little hot, get a little rhythm, and see kind of what happens. I think I think it’s really like free fair game here. To me, there’s really nothing to lose. Just play free. Play fair. Don’t play strict. Tumasi solo. Let the guys fly. Let him do let him play. Let the kids play. That’s all I’m asking Tumas to do. Just let the kids play and let’s see what happens. But that’s going to do it for this video today. I want to highlight Demard Rosen and Zakiti. But leave your comments down below what your thoughts on Demar Rosen are. Hope youall having an amazing Thanksgiving weekend, amazing holiday. Eat that turkey, the stuffing, the cranberry sauce, the pumpkin pie, the the mac and cheese, Spanish rice, whatever you may eat here on Thanksgiving weekend. We’ll see you in the next video. Please be safe.

We don't want him π . Ignorant rumor. 1 thing I can say about isalo is you're not getting on the court if you don't play defense..
Can't think of many players worse suited to this system
I wouldn't like that move. The future of our young core (Coward, Wells, Spencer and Edey) looks very promising. A DeRozan acquisition would ruin that growth. Besides… DeRozan would not want to be here anyway.
That mane is washed up & finna be 37 years old. Donβt nobody want these old players
The Grizzlies aren't doing any one year deals… unless the plan is to trade him afterward. This year is a rebuilding year.
Pnly way we do this is to clear cap space
Why would a play-in caliber team make that trade. Sell off more like it
