  2. But hey, according to expert scout and resident sportsnet idiot Jason Bukala, he’s a second line centre.

  3. Fun fact, Nick Suzuki is the front runner to win every award and trophy in my mind 🙂

  4. I’m actually surprised, I’m open to be disagreed with but I’ve considered Slaf to be our best forward defensively this season

  5. Something that might lose him a few points is that Suzuki is not a regular on PK and Evans often preferred on defensive faceoff

  6. Wouldn’t be surprised if in 15 years we look back at Suzuki’s career and find it to have been very similar to Anze Kopitar’s, and we should all be so lucky.

  7. Only reason suzuki isn’t consistantly on the pk is he plays too many minutes 5v5 and pp.

I find it unfair if thats what makes him lose votes

  8. Man, that stat about 5on5 goals per minute just reinforces how bad MSL is as a coach.

Doesn’t he know we’d win practically every game by just making zukes play all 60min smdh.

  9. Kinda weird to have a Selke winner on a team that is allowing so many goals. I know he’s not on the ice for most goals and the goalies suck, but still kinda weird.

  10. Getting recognized for the Selke and Olympics the same year would be amazing, I hope it happens

  11. For years and years I used to wish Patrice Bergeron would be a hab… and now he is. I just hope Nick can stay healthy because he’s incredible.

  12. Suzuki should have every award, every trophy, hell even my wife and full access to my home and bank account (not that he would need it). He deserves only the best but i know the only thing that will sate him is the sweet sweet molson dry dripping down his stubble as he takes a sip from the stanley cup with caufield’s tongue only inches away from his own as they gulp down the sweet taste of victory!
