In fairness he is a good defender. But i agree it was an awful signing
I just think about all the trades the bulls passed up on this guy because he was going to be the next glove. What a waste in so many ways.
Technically he “earned” that extension two years ago. Somehow he’s gotten worse since then lmao

If you don’t watch live you have no idea just how seriously not good he is anything. He can’t dribble, at screens defend on the perimeter, defend at the rim, shoot, dunk, layup.
Signing him was legit a fireable offense.
Whenever he dribbles it’s 50/50 chance he will lose the ball / cause a turn over..
That 38% shooting is crazy. Especially for a guy in his 6th year. He had so many believers at one point. People saying that he’s just so young and just needs time. And how he has huge hands so he must be good. People blaming Demar. Now they’re nowhere to be found.
