  1. The last play, the "block," was a foul, no question. When you get the ball, but you ram into the guy, that's a foul. NBA too often has this problem of overlooking fouls as long the defender touches the ball, but it should only be a clean block if the defender gets the ball but doesn't barrel into the shooter. When you impale the shooter, you've fouled, regardless of whether or not you "blocked" the ball.
