Rui Hachimura: “Bron told me right before this. He said ‘I got you, it’s gonna come to you’, so that was it” (via @NBA)

  1. How do wizards fans feel about Hachimura pretending he was gonna retire just so he could go to the Lakers instead

  2. Literally one of the most unselfish plays by Lebron, not only could he have took the shot but if he missed its overtime where he would have certainly got 2 more points

  3. Bron’s lying ass when they ask him the same thing: “I actually had a feeling when I was walking into the arena that it was gonna come down to me finding Rui in the corner”

  4. Lebron will always make the right play. This moment and context is gonna bang during his documentary in like 10 years lol

  5. That’s just elite game awareness. He knew they would respect AR and double him and Rui’s guy would have to step up to stop Bron going downhill

I also think Toronto players expected Bron to throw up the final shot for the streak and didn’t expect the bullet pass to the corner

  6. I wish the streak didn’t end, but what a legitimately cool way for it to happen.

Pass up the chance at history for the better way to win the game. There’s no more Lebron a thing to do.

  7. A true lesson for all basketball players. No streak is worth passing up a game winner.

  8. A testament to LeBron’s genius and his dominance over Toronto. No matter the iteration, he knows how they’ll play, and he knows exactly how to counter.

  9. I believe Rui but this sounds exactly like one of those things Lebron would say lol: “yeah I knew something like this would happen. I told Rui, I got you.”

  10. if he didn’t make it, was it still a good pass still given who lebron is and how that defender looked while guarding him? he should be expected to make a shot after a setup like that right?
