All right, Giannis trades. If Atlanta got Giannis without giving up Jaylen Johnson or Daniels or even Rhys, could they keep their team which has this really cool identity right now without Trey? You’re keeping JJ and getting Yiannis. It would be Trey Young Porzingis who’s an expiring. They have that Bucks pick 2027. The worst of Bucks are New Orleans first. They have all their own first. So they can put together four first. Trey Young, the Porzingis expiring. We’ll take Koozma back. Koozmo be the tax of the honest trade for the Bucks. It’s like, “Hey, Trey Young, fun guy to have in your team. He’s got two years left on his deal.” Then the Bucks are just raising the white flag and saying, “We are now a franchise that knows we’re not going to compete for titles, but we can keep fans coming.” And I mean, yes, if you can center a package around Trey Young and get Giannis, you have to do it. Lets say they trade Castle + Vassell + Picks for Giannis. A starting 5 of Fox, Wemby, Giannis, Barnes, Champagnie is actually insane. Harper, Carter Bryant, KJ, Kornet, Sochan off the bench is still really strong.

Spurs would be awesome but I really fear that Wemby is gonna have too many injury issues to go all the way in the playoffs if they have to trade castle and other good pieces.

No Trae has a player option he is technically expiring as well. I don’t see bucks taking that trade and paying Trae 250 million to be on another rebuild without Gianni’s. Honestly as a hawks fan I’d rather see what Trae can do with this team because he has only played 5 games so far. If hawks trade Trae it would be be for lavine because Dyson is shooting horrible but he is passing well and getting assists and the hawks would like at that and start NAW with lavine and have Dyson as our 6th man and for defensive situations. I hope Trae just comes to ball and none of this happens but if it does I think lavine makes more sense which is definitely going to be an unpopular opinion lol
That hawks trade would be great for both sides. You get a 27 year old 4 time all star and a guaranteed top 3 pick in a loaded draft. Hawks get an instant 4-5 year title contention window.

Whats with so high on castle or harper? They havent proven anything, we have seen tons of players as good as them in first 2 years. They aint like 25-10 type, GA is 30-12-6 type with just 30min per game. You try to get one of the all time best PF and you still contemplating who you want to give up lol
