If you punch down, when you slide you’ll be hit by those you did wrong on the way down. When you lift those below you up, they’ll typically try to help you stay up. We have a lot of guys in the organization that understand this and it’s beautiful to see.
I really like Brooks. He comes off as a standup guy and really fits the OKC culture. Glad he’s on our squad.
