The NFC leading Bears travel to Lambeau Field this afternoon for huge game with the Packers and this week's pizza is about all about the Wisconin staple beer brats and cheese curds.

This pizza starts out with a Miller High Life infused dough that's topped with a garlic cream sauce and then comes some of Wisconsin's finest shredded mozzarella and two year aged sharp cheddar followed by brats and onions that I slowly braised in more High Life 🍻

After a quick bake, the pizza is finished with sauerkraut, beer mustard, fresh chives for some greenery, and homemade High Life battered cheese curds.

My friends, I hate the Packers with a passion but boy did I make them a hell of a pizza. It all works together so well together the rich cheeses and brats are balanced perfectly with the kraut and mustard and honestly who doesnt love fried cheese curds.

This is biggest Bears/Pack game since 2013 and with place in the North on the line, hopefully Caleb and the Bears leave Green Bay with a dub, but no matter if they win or lose, atleast the pizza was good. 🤷

Also! If anyone of you guys wanna try the pizza and are in the city, I'll be hosting my final Chicago Squares watch party of the season at The Staley (1736 S. Michigan Ave).
